They are not Montessori based! They are quick to call parents to get their children instead of redirecting as they put it! There playground is a mess & boring, no slides or swings ,just dirt & water to play with a few things to occupy them,Mop bucket with standing water out in the open in the classroom. Some children from time to time eat by themselves while others play. Snack time is not the best ,& they fill up water bottles with sink water! Teachers seem nice. It’s a poorly run place. You can find other locations that doesn't charge you $200 at most & feeds your child 3x a week with better stuff to play with, & who are professional in working with children. Before they respond with blah blah blah, let me say to you! Your school is not suitable for anyone & they should think about going elsewhere, hopefully you are shut down in the years to come!
***EDITED REVIEW AFTER OWNER RESPONSE*** I don’t use my actual name, so how would you be able to verify anything? Our child attended the daycare for six months in mid 2021. I did not make a mistake in where I left the review. This review was long overdue and I was reminded to leave a review after I passed by the center recently. We most certainly brought our child here and the management had changed right around that time, where it started to go downhill after Brittany took over from Miss Jan. Would someone who hadn’t brought their child here know those individuals…? No, they wouldn’t. I don’t need to discuss anything - my review speaks for itself. Others can decide what to do on their own, by taking into account all reviews. Most of the reviews also appear to be from people that have only one or two reviews - makes you wonder if they had employees or friends post the reviews? Something to consider. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: We brought our three year old child here after moving to the area, on extremely short notice. This was one place that was actually available - we had no other options. Our child was here about six months and while the daycare’s website looks very nice, in reality it didn’t seem like children were getting the attention they deserved in multiple areas. We noticed a difference in our child’s behavior (an increase in crying/whining, overly tired, not seeming like they had enough attention) and nearly every time I came to pick our child up, their face was black from being dirty because no one had their face washed all day. Mind you they were three at the time. There were also multiple times I’d get home and their underwear would be soiled even though they have at least two changes of clothes packed and at the center. Clearly the teachers hadn’t bothered to check on them throughout the day. Both issues were brought up to the centers director but nothing changed. The communication overall is severely lacking and we ultimately decided to change centers due to a culmination of the above issues, with the final straw being an incident with another older child (4 or 5 year old) that actually put his hands around our child’s neck. The center contradicted themselves in their incident report in different paragraphs, stating that our child got scared when the older child “placed” their hands around our child’s neck, but the initial paragraph in the incident report stated that the child actually grabbed our child’s neck. We were told the other child that was involved had had similar previous incidents and when we questioned why the old child was in the same age group as ours or even allowed back at the center, there was no clear answer. They seemed very hesitant to say that the other child may have actually started choking our child. We removed our child the following day. Since moving our child to a different daycare, we’ve noticed a significant improvement in their behavioral and learning skills, from reading, writing, counting, etc. I’d recommend you go elsewhere, but it also looks like they’ve closed down permanently, just haven’t updated google. The center was empty the last time I passed it.
The director at this Preschool is very personable and treats every child like they were her own. I would recommend this preschool!!
Nobody ever answers the phones. Been trying to call to get prices for my son to attend but guess nobody wants my money.
