Poor support for foster caregivers. They don’t like it if you stand up for children. Placement seems based mainly on connections there.
Avoid this place at all costs.
This company claims to prioritize the well-being of families and children, yet its actions and practices seem to reflect the opposite, especially when it comes to serving African American families. It's become increasingly clear that their focus is not on actually helping children or families. Instead, their structure and policies seem designed to perpetuate harm rather than provide support. The lack of genuine service and respect for African American families is evident in the way they handle issues, making it more difficult for us to thrive rather than empowering us. They are not living up to their mission, and in fact, their actions are doing more to hurt families than to help them. It’s disheartening to see a system that claims to care about children but continues to fail in meaningful ways.
