Kids Harbor At Torino Childcare Center is the absolute best place for our children. My 2 daughters absolutely love it their. My Daughters are now 3 and 4 and they have been with Kids Harbor since they were age appropriate to enroll. My 4 year old daughter loves to attend VPK she has learned so much and continues learning. My 3 year old has learned to be independent as well as learning her colors, numbers, shapes and talks in complete sentences.The daycare is really clean and organized” Kids Harbor has really exceeded my expectations they take really good care of my daughters and are great with communication, they keep me updated throughout the day on my daughters care , their really informative and have great and positive attitudes. The daycare is really clean and organized if your looking for a good fit for your child I would recommend you to take a tour with them and enroll your little one. Everything is kid first period from proper nutrition to overall development. They are very quick to respond to you and they communicate whether it’s ,procare text ,email etc. I would highly recommend this childcare facility . The teachers are excellent and very caring.They are very attentive and compassionate and treat your children as if they are their own. The Owner Nadieska La O and Dr. Hector De la Morena are very approachable, sweet and responsive, they always do their best to help you in any way they can! The facility is very large and secure the playground is amazing and there are plenty of age appropriate toys and supplies in each classroom for our children to learn.

Kids Harbor Torino es un ejemplo de buenas normas y ética para la enseñanza que forjará el futuro. Ante todo, tratamos hacer sentir a cada familia parte del proceso. Se tiene en cuenta las necesidades individuales y los intereses de sus niños. Cada actividad, juegos y alimentación. Las maestras se esmeran en cumplir con el schedule cada día, las rutinas hacen la disciplina. Los propietarios del Daycare están SIEMPRE atentos a proveer los materiales necesarios y su presencia apoyando esta labor, nada fácil pero si apasionante de ver desarrollar el intelecto y habilidades en cada grupo acorde a su edad. Además el lugar está cuidadosamente limpio. Solo me queda dar gracias por la dejarme ser parte de este equipo.

Kids Harbor has been nothing short of a blessing for my family and our daughter. She is well taken care of by trusted and supportive teachers who have a passion for their work. I already recommend this place to my family and this is my recommendation to others.

I would give 10 stars if I could!! The staff is absolutely amazing!! Everyone is so loving, friendly, and professional! My son who is now 4 begs me to go to school even on the weekends! Everyday he comes home so happy and excited to show me all the knew things he made. Staff does an excellent job keeping the facility clean! We have been here for 4 months now and my son has yet to come home sick. I love that there are cameras monitoring the facility at all times and pictures/updates are sent to you daily for updates through the app. Anyone looking for a fun and safe environment for their kids I highly recommend! Thank you for all you do here and making our experience wonderful!!

I initially enrolled my child at Kids Harbor of Torino Learning Center, but over time, the center became too expensive for my family. Later, I was offered a job there, which I accepted, hoping for a positive experience. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. Within a month, I received a raise after the director left (having only been there for two weeks). It soon became apparent that the reason for her departure was due to the owner's unethical and unprofessional behavior.The owner is not only unkind but also discriminatory. She created a hostile work environment and treated employees unfairly. In my case, she used the fact that I have a young daughter against me, assuming that I would be unreliable if my child ever got sick. After offering me a job, she took it away without any warning or explanation. Her behavior is incredibly wishy-washy—she would say one thing, then later claim she never said it, even going as far as to embarrass me in front of co-workers by insisting that I was wrong. This made the workplace environment incredibly stressful and upsetting. On Monday evening, she held a private phone call with me but then went from teacher to teacher Tuesday morning, revealing her personal opinions about me based on that conversation. She even advised others not to speak to me, which I find deeply unprofessional. As an adult with morality, I would never do that to her—I’m not going parent to parent, sharing my awful experience or trying to bring her down with falsified information. Additionally, she made offensive, discriminatory comments, asking me inappropriate questions like "Where are you from?" in a demeaning tone, implying that I was "too fresh" for the position. Her erratic, hostile, and unprofessional behavior made working for her unbearable. I would not recommend this childcare center, either as a parent or as an employee.

Words can not describe how happy is my family since we found Kids Harbor at Torino , we came from another local Childcare in Port Saint Lucie that our son used to cried everyday, since we meet Ms Nadi ,she went over about everything, she also provide a list to us of things that we need to look for to choose the right provider for my son , we have the oportunity to meet his teacher , but what we love more is their open door Policy Thank you Ms Nadi for your tour and for take care our little one

My daughter has been attending this school for two years. This is not her first day care so coming into a new school was hard for my 2 year old at the time. She transitioned fairly quickly and things were running smoothly. Then a new director came in and things changed, daycare students had to wear uniforms, parents weren't able to go to the classrooms to pick up the kids or talk to the teachers. Parents were notified last minute of any school closures or upcoming events. Super annoying for a fulltime working parent. Any issues i brought up to the director seemed to go unnoticed or fixed. You were never really able to communicate with the teachers. And communication between parents and teachers is an absolute must. The teachers are wonderful shout out to Ms. Sandra and Mrs. Blanca!! Mrs. Nadi the owner is an angel is so wonderful to the kids. They did hire a new director who has made changes to the school letting parents drop off and pick up children in the classrooms, Which allows parents, teachers and students to build relationships. Communication is 1000% better and any questions or concerns I have gets addressed. Kids and teachers seem less stressed.

*PLEASE PLEASE READ*This is my REAL honest review I see a couple of fake reviews by other teachers on here, I was the Vpk teacher Ms.Nene , when I first got to Kids Harbor honestly I didn’t want to stay, the school was very chaotic and the children didn’t have any structure, the children wanted to do whatever whenever they wanted, for example: they don’t call teachers by their names they call all the teachers “teacher” instead of “Ms……” they didn’t know how to play in centers they would just run around and throw toys, and I was also concerned with the other children that were already there, they had no writing skills and they couldn’t spell their names I could tell they weren’t really learning anything, But I stayed and I worked with my class and I was very consistent with them teaching them about following directions and how to play nicely with their friends in Centers, just very very consistent I continuously worked with them all year and I couldn’t have been more excited and proud of the children that were in my classroom that i just recently sent off to Kindergarten they Learned how to write and spell their names, they learned how to read books and so much more, I loved having each and everyone of them in my classroom they all have grown tremendously and for that I’m glad I decided to stay and work with them, But working here was hard because there was hardly ever any supplies I went out and purchased a lot , and I did alot for my class not because I was told to , but because I wanted to the kids were so excited about it I love being a teacher and love what I do, yes I did get some of my money back but only if I gave a receipt i lost alot of them so was not refunded I would not recommend sending your child/children here if you are wanting your child to be educated and prepared for future transitions
