Author: Chartavia Owens Rating: 1/5 Date: 11/7/2022, 2:06:19 PM Review: Please listen to the reviews when they say she closes unexpectedly and gives less than 24-hour notice. If you have a job this may not be the daycare for you. She's unreliable and every sentence she speaks ends with a dollar sign. It's barely been 3 weeks since my child started and already had to stay home 4 days because of misc. poor excuses. She's constantly changing her rules daily and comes up with new fees to collect from parents but my child has not been able to attend a full week at this facility without some crazy excuse on why she has to close the next day. Highly recommend staying away. Please don't ignore this review I've missed numerous days of work and it's only week 3 for us. And to Ms Griffin in the reviews it’s not about money i have a great job and government assistance shouldn’t be discussed! Integrity has nothing to do with money. Nice of you to come to your friends defense but she’s expxosed and will be exposed every week! And to think other parents will have to stumble across your Ill review about finance and gov assistance and feel discouraged and little of themselves that’s so sad. Shows the lack of respect and professionalism at this “facility”. At the end of the day this is a living room in a home daycare so please relax Ms Academy. And it seems to me that there’s been a breach in confidentiality and she seems to tells other parents business to other parents , looks like I’ll be giving ELC a call thanks so much for the hint have a lovely day.

For the past year, my child has been attending this daycare, and the staff has been wonderful. They genuinely care for the kids, though the playground could use some updates.
This the first time my kids has been to any daycare. At first I was nervous because they’ve been at home this whole time but they’re older now. It took me sometime, but I’m happy I found ms Carter she is the best. My 3 year old love it there He don’t look back doing drop off. Thank you Ms Carter.
My child has been at kids culture for about six months now and I notice a big difference in his want to learn. Everyday he is excited to go to the daycare and practice writing, he's interested in time and the calendar now. Ms.Carter has Ben doing a great job preparing him to transition to kindergarten.
Mrs. Carter Is Very Sweet an very helpful she does her best to help as much as she can my children love her an so do I she has a very great personality never met someone like her she’s the best there is
Won’t give rates over the phone. I have 4 kids ranging from 14 to 0. Lived in many states, very strange and worrying. Sounds like all about the money not the child.

I will say that Mrs. Carter is very professional. My daughter attends this academy and I notice on a daily basis that Mrs. Carter instills real education in her curriculum. She is very thorough. I read other people reviews and although they have a problem with professionalism I don't. I have a career and do not receive any kind of government assistance as my job pays very well. With that being said, one person can't please everyone. This is an academy that is ran professionally with education and respect as the foundation. If you want your child to be treated as a person instead of a number then enroll your child. But if your looking for cheap childcare and a place to complain about everything this is not it. With the world we live in today, nothing is free. This is an academy ran well not a government foodstamp office. Pay your bill, pick your children up on time, and take your children to the doctor when and if their sick and you won't have any problems. I love this place and don't regret my child attending. Be blessed and stay humble
As a parent that loves a provider who is responsible and makes sure your kids safety is a priority, this would be the place to be. I have been coming to Ms. Carter's daycare for a year and never has had a complaint to give. She makes sure my kids are learning the appropiate tools to be school ready and gives feedback that is resourceful. She is always willing to go the extra mile for her parents and if you need anything, she will do her best to help you! I have been denied services from several childcare providers due to my children's special needs but Ms. Carter never did and she is an angel sent!!!
Mrs. Carter is AMAZING!! She is not only a honest, trustworthy, reliable caregiver, she is most importantly, God fearing! Some daycares are "baby sitters" there to just watch your child while you're away, but Mrs. Carter is a "dynamic educator!" Once you've experienced her as a provider for your little one, you will not want to take them anywhere else. The love and care that she has towards each child as an individual is such a blessing. Before I left Gainesville, I had the pleasure of having her care for my babies, and ohhh how I wish I could have taken her with us. Lol. It makes it really hard to find another provider that even remotely compares to the quality of care she provides.. A peice of mind goes a long way. Just knowing that your child/children are in safe and loving hands is only a fraction of what your heart feels... before returning to pick them up and observing the joy in their faces confirms that your little ones feel just as safe and loved as you believe they were. I would recommend her as a provider in confidence and without hesitation. She will not disappoint!
