My 3 year old was scared at first but after the first week he loved it and got exited when it was time to go to daycare. My infant was amazing at daycare and every time we would show up he would get exited to see his teacher. Definitely recommend this daycare and will recommend to friends and family’s . ----- Author: Ashley Gilchrist Rating: 1/5 Date: 3/16/2024, 3:39:12 AM Review: Extremely disappointed! I’m a newly single mom and wasted money on enrolling my son in this center. My son is only 8 months and never been in daycare before. Obviously his first day was rough but he is a baby so that’s to be expected. I got a call asking me to pick my son up because he was “ inconsolable” . He was at the center for maybe 3 hours and simply just needed time to adjust to the new environment and new faces as ANY infant would. Staff should have patience and be able to handle a crying infant (what else was he supposed to do?) I felt uncomfortable taking my son back there because what would have happened next? Would he have been mistreated or would I have got a phone call daily? I also lost my job because I had to pick him up. The center isn’t horrible but if you’re looking to not waste money and looking for a comfortable place for your infant I wouldn’t suggest this center.

Unfortunately it was not very good. For a daycare/learning center that say the advocate for children of all ages, well this was not the case in our situation. Enrolled two children age 1 and 2. They had a very rough start in life. The two year old did not like loud noise and being touched. The class they placed him originally for 1 week was perfect. It was for 1 year olds and it was small. No problems on week one. Week two was another story. They placed him in with the two year olds. Class was much bigger and louder and more hands on with other children. Unfortunately this was not a good fit and on the second day of week two we were advised to pick him up and not bring him back. After a lengthy discussion with the manager I asked her if we could have another chance since they advocate for children and she now knew the whole situation. She advised us that if we worked with him at home and if it was OK to put him back with the one year olds it was a good possibility. Well two days later they called and advised that they filled the spot in the one year old class and not to bring him back. Needless to say they do not advocate for children. We removed both and they are now enrolled in a new day care with absolutely no problems. There has been no pinching and protective scratches. They are handling him with caring and loving arms. My suggestion is unless your child is perfect do not enroll them in here. They do not know how to handle children that need extra love and care.
My baby son is the first of three to attend daycare and after visiting EVERY daycare facility in Plant City, we chose Kids Club. My son has been going there for over 13 months and I would highly recommend this daycare to all of my family and friends. My son has learned so much and is treated as family. When you drop your child off in the mornings and they run in there with excitement on their face, you know they’re happy. My son has had to learn about sharing and being gentle and I am so grateful for the staff at Kids Club for taking their time and assisting me in teaching my son these things. The staff is always very professional and goes out of their way to care for each and every child there. I’ve read some of the reviews and for one of the last ones shame on you! I don’t believe we will ever find anyone to love our children as we do as their parents, but I guarantee you that the staff at Kids Club come pretty dam close to that love. I’ve witnessed a few “challenging” kids there and the staff has always taken extra time out with those kids. Maybe the issue begins at home and if so, I’m grateful you removed your child from this daycare and now that “extra” attention can be given to the rest of the kids. Btw, children are bitten and scratched at EVERY daycare. It’s a part of these kids learning right from wrong. I’ve never met not one child that has been perfect knowing right from wrong at birth but thankfully this staff takes out the time to kindly and with love teach our kids to be kind and that that behavior is not ok. Job well done Kids Club. You have my families full support and come HIGHLY recommended by the Miller Family.
So let me begin, by saying all events are accurate and true in this review, also facts not fiction. I wanted to start off by saying congratulations to the responsible parents who stepped up on here and said what needed to be said about their negative experience and never got a reply. In truth it was the first thing I noticed-if you were honest you never got a reply, however if you were connected internally and had something nice to say. OMG like you got an awesome reply....SMH. SO enough of the intro- my name relays to a gamer tag if anyone needs to know. My young infant spent from month 3 to just over 13 months at this horrible facility. Yes I have pictures proof and such. He was injured (head) 3 times due to lack of proper supervision. He was bitten once by another child - whose parent was probably never even told about due to her connections ( proof- an incident report stating quote "teacher had a talk to biter and said to biter "we don't bite our friends") he also came him profusely bitten by fire ants from property failing to be maintained and to boot was sent home from bites that the center caused. One day he was put in a isolation crib from mosquito bites he got while playing outside a the center. These incidents all occurred within a four month window. The problem here is quite simple- DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE-NO MATTER HOW INEXPENSIVE IT APPEARS. Your child's safety and security should always be 1st- ALWAYS. For starters an by extreme definition- the rooms are too small and overcrowded especially in early am drop off times- (Lack of Staffing). The outer area children play in are inspected for safety hazards ONLY- not possible insect infestation. Their rules: the staff is always right and never at fault-it will always be your child's fault no matter what or your fault for that matter even if you are not there. The staff never admits they are wrong- just covers it up and makes it the child's fault. The attitude of staff is also disappointing when you attempt to find out what really happens during incident- The staff will either get aggressive and defensive. Or the memory happens to draw a blank about what really happened ( "Your honor, I have no recollection of that event") Yes Oliver North stated that 47 times at his deposition, about as many times as this center has memory loss.I was tempted to post my child's picture but I am a responsible parent and don't want my baby all over the internet. SO true advise look elsewhere an d take the time to shop around-never judge a book by its cover- always open it and dig deep inside.Last but not least-have a good employer that is going to let you leave work for truly non emergency events and incidents that were caused by the center. Thanks for reading-and God's speed to you all.
Teachers are very friendly take good care of the children
