They are not professionals, they do not know how to deal with 3-year-old children! They removed a child from the program without warning. It seems that there is discrimination on this site.

They are not professionals as they make it known, they take the children out of the program why they are incompetent of not being able to control a child of only 3 years.

NO SON PROFESIONALES TRATARON A MI HIJA COMO ANORMAL Y LA SACARON DEL PROGRAMA SIN DECIRME , NO SABEN TRATAR CON NIÑOS , EN 3 OCASIONES ME LLAMARON A LAS 9 AM PARA BUSCAR A LA NIÑA PORQ NO SABÍAN CÓMO CONTROLARLA UNA NIÑA DE 3AÑOS. No tienen consideración con las personas que tenemos que dejar a nuestros hijos en estos sitios. Lo que le hicieron a mi hija es DISCRIMINACIÓN y eso tiene consecuencias .

This daycare is amazing, my baby girl has learn so much. They care and love my daughter like is their own. Luneyshka’s learning skill and communication has improve so so much mind you she have autism. I will recommend this daycare to any one. The teacher , the owner and even the front desk knows everything that’s is going and they are really attentive. Love this place so much. Thank you for everything you do 🤍

My 2 yr old started here when she was just a few months and she has grown lots of love with the ladies at this facility. Very organized & clean. They provide breakfast, lunch, & snacks which is always good for a full time working parent. My daughter comes home all the time and surprises us with new things she learned while at daycare. Thank you staff at Kids Academy childcare!

I’m so so happy my daughter likes this school, her teachers and friends. Everyday she tells me how much she loves her school and honestly I’m so glad I put her there ❤️

Placing my child on this academy, is the worst decision I made. Don't be deceived of the good reviews seen online. Placed my child on their VPK program, but they ended up removing my kid. They didn't give my kid enough time to transition on a new place. My daughter had a bad experience on this place. Not recommending this place at all. Not giving any star on this review, but have to click one star to enable posting.

As a mother who placed her child in daycare for the first time, I am very disappointed in the lack of support, guidance, effort and attitude this place has given us. This is why I decided to take my child out of here. What they did was put a label on my my child without having the knowledge to do so. Telling me that there is a problem with my child or that I should change my pediatrician is a great lack of respect and professionalism because no one there has the ability to redirect and much less diagnose any child. Furthermore, telling me that because of my children they are afraid of losing a teacher because they have bad days is unacceptable. In this center, children are not allowed to have bad moods or bad days.Things that are typical of a growing child. We all have days like this. None of us are perfect and we must stop holding our children to a standard of perfection that we ourselves cannot reach. With the guidance and structure of home and school, we are supposed to be a team to help them overcome habits, especially at such an early age (toddlers). This should never be a means to label a child or give up on them. It is important to address children's emotional needs because without feeling safe and understood, no strategy will ever be effective. I hope that in the future they provide more staff, better techniques and tools to help ALL types of children. I will finish by saying that although this experience was not what I expected and not on the part of the teacher but on the part of the administration, I wish them the best and nevertheless I thank them for taking care of my child during the few hours that they did. I am happy to say and I thank God that my child is healthy because I let my mind be washed into thinking that something was wrong and that maybe my child was not developing right. By getting my child out of here I have seem a total change. They are happy, finally learned to go to the bathroom, and has stopped having "bad" days. My child is in a new school and no not for special needs or any of thr sort, and theybsre doing AMAZING. Maybe some of you have better luck, but I felt it was necessary to advocate not only for my child but also for others who might be in a similar situation and have no support. If your children behave in a "disruptive" way, don't be too quick to assume that something is wrong with him/her. They may simply be doing their best to say that the place they are in isn't big enough to accept, work with, and help them grow... and this school is one of those that isn't ready to do that.

Agradecida con todo el maravilloso personal de este lugar , sin duda la mejor experiencia que tuvieron mis niños en sus inicios de escolarización con su programa de VPK. Y dejo un agradecimiento muy especial para las maestras Glenda, Gloriela y Elsie las encargadas de enseñar, cuidar e inculcar tantas cosas positivas a mis hijos!
