Author: Geraldine Gomez Rating: 1/5 Date: 1/26/2025, 12:19:54 PM Review: I have to agree with the previous review that addresses biting. Our daughter was bitten a total of 9-10 times in the almost 3 years she was there. 4-5 of those bites happened within the last month of her being there, while she was in the Toddler A/B rooms. The newest Director, Traci, gave us the run around explaining how the other child and parents were working with them on solving the issue. It obviously was not working and my daughter continued to be a target. Shortly after all these bites, my daughter started having ‘behavior’ issues. I don’t find that to be a coincidence, between the bites and the constant change of teachers (lack of consistency and connection withe the children). We discussed that with Traci, who said in her years of experience, there is absolutely no relation between the bites and behavior. I disagreed. My daughter was not wanting to take her nap, that was her behavior issue, so she would snap at the teachers. Traci then proceeded to tell us to take her out of the crib at home. She thought it would be smart to tell us, the parents, how to raise our daughter and when to move her to a toddler bed, because I’m expecting another child. That did not sit well with me at all. She continued to call me almost on a daily basis to go pick up our daughter because of her ‘behavior’. My child is well behaved at home and naps with no problem. The issue was only at their daycare. We needed up getting fed up and unenrolling our daughter. She’s in a new daycare now and has been napping. It was unfortunate KAWR changed so much. Our daughter had been there since the infants room and saw how their services continued to decay and the tuition go up. I was hoping to have both my kids go there but after all of this and the insensitivity and robotic answers from Traci (who has been there for years), never again!

It was amazing to see my son learning so much at the school. The curriculum was awesome and the creative teaching helped my son to have fun filled learning at school. I would definitely recommend going to Kiddie. ----- Author: Carlos Bustamante Rating: 5/5 Date: 1/24/2024, 6:34:17 PM Review: I just have to say, this daycare is AMAZING! The people here are like family. They provide a safe and stimulating environment. I highly recommend this school to any parents looking for a fantastic educational experience for their kids! ----- Author: Mechacha Rating: 5/5 Date: 5/31/2022, 9:30:54 PM Review: I am in love with their faculty as well the facility. The cleanliness, it always smells fresh when you enter. They keep the facility spotless. My daughter has been to other places where she would get sick within the first week. Whereas at Kiddie Academy she thrived. The teachers are amazing. My daughter still talks about Ms Veronica. The staff is friendly and extremely kind. Fresh meals everyday. Terrific learning activities through play. Simply amazing. There are also cameras for monitoring and fingerprint entry/sign out. The sign in and out process is secure and safe! I would definitely recommend Kiddie Academy at Wiregrass! ----- Author: Denna M. Byron Rating: 5/5 Date: 9/25/2021, 1:17:25 PM Review: The owners and staff are amazing, kind and thoughtful. Unfortunately, they will need to hire friendly, more competent staff before they’ll reach that full potential. PROS- great location, adequate curriculum CONS- poor communication, unprofessional staff, clearly out for a buck ----- Author: Nadine K Rating: 1/5 Date: 10/11/2022, 2:36:14 AM Review: Initially when we toured this facility in April we were absolutely enamored by this center. It was new, clean, offered a good curriculum and overall met our needs. We explained to the Director Kristy that toured us at the time that we are looking for a daycare that was able to accommodate a start date in September, with no hesitation she said they would have the availability then and proceeded to take our $150 Deposit. Fast forward to the second week of August, I proactively gave the Daycare a call to ensure there was nothing else pending or any documentation that was needed. When I was transferred they got me completely mixed up with the mother of another Toddler. That part already started to make me feel uneasy, then the Director very insincerely explains to me that she made it clear to us back in April that there was never a guarantee for a spot in September. I expressed to her that if she made this as clear as she said she did we would not have put down a Deposit for her Center and moved on to a different place at the time. She was very unprofessional and continued to say: “ It looks like we already stepped off the wrong foot here”. When She was asked what she meant by that she completely avoided the question and kept saying that she will send the refund to our address per our request. What she allowed me to read between the lines was basically that she would not want our child in her daycare at this point because of her poor communication to the parents on that wait list throughout this process and creating a terrible situation for parents having to scramble last minute to find accommodations elsewhere. Eventually they did process a refund for our Deposit ( which is generally non-refundable as stated in their policy), yet she managed to get it approved by her Boss ?! How ? Simply because they were in the wrong with this situation. No communication to the parents throughout this process about experiencing a shortage of staff or simply keeping the people on the wait list abreast of any changes. Planning to place your Toddler in a daycare is already a tremendous milestone for any parents and then having to deal with uncompassionate staff that could care less about the predicament they place you in was a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor, and tour as many places as possible and don’t go for the cheaper option. We ended up finding a daycare where we pay more but we have peace of mind that there is people that will actually want to work there because they get paid better and enjoy the leadership and environment they work in.

Author: Vanessa Caba Rating: 5/5 Date: 7/2/2024, 3:07:17 PM Review: We truly enjoy Kiddie Academy. If you are looking for excellent child care I would highly suggest you check them out. I was very hesitant with my child because of a bad experience in another daycare however, Kiddie Academy gave me peace of mind. They have an amazing curriculum that they follow, they are very interactive with the children through out the day doing different activities where they learn. They have so many extra curricular activities that the my child enjoys. For example on Fridays they do splash pad day, through out the week they are teaching them different things to build up his confidence while also teaching them independence. My child learned how to fully be potty trained and go on his own. The staff is amazing, they are always there to help you and truly have the best interest for your child. The school lunch is amazing as well. My son always enjoys telling me what they had. The best part of it all is that they have cameras and if you are a mom like I am that always wants to know what my child is doing, this really helps and gives you that ease of the mind that you may need. They also have an application where they will upload reminders, photos they’ve taken throughout the day and daily reports. My child truly enjoys going to school and is upset when he misses a day. That right there shows how good of a school they are. Kiddie Academy is the best! I highly recommend them!

Dear Jo-Ann, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful care and attention you've given to my son at Kiddie Academy. The dedication and warmth from you and the entire staff is just amazing
I visited the place, it is nice, but we choose another one. The location is convenient as it is located close to SR56 and the primary road is not busy and has connection to Bruce B Downs if you follow the other direction (not to the SR56). The interior looks new as it is in the pictures. The building is wide and clean, people are very kind. Playground is nice. I like the location most, but for other factors I selected another facility.

My daughter feels at home when she’s at Kiddie. Cannot thank them enough for giving me that peace. 10/10
Stay away from this rubbish school. They have no love. My daughter went to class on the first day. The classroom environment was very dirty. The carpet was old. There were many stains. The children in the classroom basically had long snot. No one cleaned them up. My daughter went to school on the first day. She was only 20 months old. They just let my daughter cry all the time. The head teacher did not comfort her once. There was no love and patience at all. I saw all this through the surveillance and I felt very angry. And the boys in the same class kept drinking water from my daughter's water bottle. No one stopped them. My daughter only stayed in this terrible environment for two hours. I had to take her home. I really can't stand their school's lack of professionalism, ethics and patience. Then I wanted to try to communicate with their management that day. The lady pretended to answer a phone call and locked herself in the office. She didn't want to solve our problem. Then I spent 150 US dollars in application fees and 325 US dollars for a week of classes. Just because of these two hours of unpleasant experience. Please stay away from this school. Their front desk staff will pretend to be very polite and patient. But their teachers are rubbish. At least in my experience. Worst place. Barely one.
My daughter loves it here!
This is my daughter’s 2nd daycare and she has loved every moment of it. The directors and teachers are so kind, warm, and loving! They communicate any concerns, bumps, or bruises before I even get there to pick my daughter up. I can’t say enough good things about Kiddie Academy Wiregrass Ranch!
