Wonderful facility. Great staff

Update 11/2024 regrettably the tuition increased to over $300 a week and it would not have been financially wise for our family to move forward with enrollment. I emailed the facility to inform them. I never received a response. I had requested an emailed receipt of the registration fee we paid so that I could be reimbursed by our employers plan but no reply. Beautiful well kept grounds Excellent security and monitoring Friendly and professional staff Great educational curriculum CLEAN ! We were on a wait list for 7 mos. of our pregnancy for another daycare in town, 3 weeks before my due date, the center called me to inform us that they’ve discontinued care, panicked I called and emailed every daycare that offered infant care in Sebastian and Vero Beach. Kid City USA reached out and we scheduled a tour. We were so happy with the tour and team that it was a no brainer to have our son registered same day. We look forward to our son attending Kid City USA in November and trust he will be in excellent care.

We absolutely loved kid city!! We’ve been there since my son was 6 weeks old. Unfortunately since they were acquired by Kid City they’ve raised tuition every year. Tuition for 2 year old is now $260 a week, the most expensive out of all the daycares I’ve spoken with. With a very heavy heart I am pulling my son this week and placing him in another facility. So be prepared for yearly price hikes if you do place your child here. I never leave reviews but in hard times people should know what they’re signing up for.

After pulling my two boys from another local daycare in Vero Beach i found Kids City USA and couldn't be more happy! Since my boys started there ages 2.5 & 3 months we have had nothing but positive experiences with them. The staff are all very friendly easy easily approachable with any questions I've had and they no matter the question they have always had an answer for me. Every morning we walk through the doors we are always greeted with such welcoming arms. The teacher turn over rate is very low compared to the other daycares in vero, Kids City Directors take good care of their staff and children! Thank you Ms. Coral and Ms. Becky for making Kids City a safe place to bring our babies everyday!

I absolutely love this daycare my son is 5 and a half months old and he’s been going there since he was 6 weeks old and they have been nothing short from amazing. I have felt so comfortable dropping him off since day one they really care about there students and the parents as well I would only recommend them for as long as they are open. My son is always happy and smiling when I pick him up so that alone tells you they’re amazing.

My son is so excited to attend school He’s always happy and he brings so many art projects home. That makes me feel so safe to drop him off every morning. I love the teachers. They are always so friendly and helpful. The ladies in the office are always very friendly and greet me and my son every morning. I’m so glad I found this school.

We have been at Kid City USA when it took over for Children's Discovery Center last year. They had big shoes to fill and have done exceptionally well with the transition. This daycare makes sure the staff is well taken care of and treated with respect.the transparency and communication between families is fantastic.The security is top notch and I recommend this day care to anyone. Worth every penny!
