If I could give 0 stars I would. The directors of this school are very unprofessional and rude. The staff that takes care of the kids are great, the lady with the blonde hair is so sweet and would greet my child so nicely every day. From the beginning, I could tell that the director didn’t like me, shes hardly ever there but when she is the energy is very off. She likes to discuss things that should be private in front of everyone. The first time I was late MONTHS AGO, I asked about the late fee she gave me a snarky remark saying “just don’t be late” and was in front of her staff and parents. I was shocked so I let it slide. SHORTLY after that my child got hurt less than two weeks apart and each time I asked about it, nobody could tell me what happened. I got two different stories from Ana and the teacher that was there but never heard anything from the other director. Other than that I never had any major issues or so I thought. I work in a call center so no two days are the same. Sometimes I would barely get to the center right at 6:30 due to my calls. But I had got it under control around November. I got promoted and was i training from November to January so i started getting there a little earlier like 6:25, no one every said anything to me about it. This past week, i was late leaving work on Tuesday and when i called to let them know the director answered and immediately said “this has been everyday with you” and when i said it hasn’t been every day, she proceeded to try arguing with me saying that her staff told her I’ve been late multiples times. When I asked her to give me another date of when I was late she brushed me off and told me that i gotta figure it out. I told her I can’t control that because of the type of work that I do and she basically said she didn’t give a damn. After that I just told her I would be there as soon as I could. From there it became a shit show. When I came in the next morning and was making my payment, she was rude in how she approached me again trying to confront me in front of her staff and when I ignored her she started to talk to me like I was a child. She said if I’m not there by 6:30 then I would have a problem and when I responded with “what are you gonna leave her outside” she said no I’ll just remove her from the program. I took my receipt and left. As soon as I got in my car and left Ana called me and said my child was terminated as of this Friday. In the time that I have had my child in this school(roughly 7 months), I had been late (meaning past 6:30) a total of 4 times and every time I’d call and let them know. So for them to say that I was late multiple times like it was an everyday issue was a problem to me especially when no one ever approached me about it. This school has rubbed me the wrong way from beginning to end and I was already planning to take my child out but the way in which the director handled this situation has really left an awful taste in my mouth, it just confirms the feelings I had about her. There’s a difference between being strict and being catty/nasty. I would not ever recommend anyone bring any child here. You have been warned.
My son has been here since 6 months old. He's two next week, and they love him like he's their own. His teacher always tells me how much she appreciates him. The staff is kind and always informs me when chaos occurs (as it often does with a room full of toddlers).
honestly if i could give them a 1 star would they treated my daughter terribly I almost feel like it was a racial offense. Save yourself the trouble don’t send your child here
this school is unprofessional and doesn’t care about parents concerns, as a childcare worker myself i’ve never seen a daycare as unprofessional as this one. telling parents that this isn’t the right daycare for them because they are concerned about their child’s well being. asking questions about feeding times and kicking a child out because the mom was concerned about how the child ate for the day. would not recommend this daycare to anyone.
The boss is so disrespectful and nasty.
My 2kids have been going here since 6 months old. They are so kind to the kids with a safe environment! They helped potty train both my kids very quickly. Uniform shirts are required.
