Author: Karen Hincapie Rating: 5/5 Date: 2/5/2025, 4:16:54 PM Review: I cannot express enough gratitude for the wonderful experience my daughter and I had at JWC Kids. From the moment we enrolled, the warmth and dedication of the staff were evident. The director, Ms Elena is truly amazing—her enthusiasm, positive energy, and genuine love for the children create an environment where kids feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. One of the things that stood out the most was their ability to navigate challenges with patience and expertise. My daughter, who can be quite spirited, was met with understanding and guidance rather than frustration. The staff took the time to work through behavioral challenges in a nurturing and effective way, helping her learn valuable skills while ensuring she felt valued and included. Beyond their exceptional care and structured learning, the entire team at JWC Kids fosters a sense of community, making parents feel just as supported as the children. They have Cameras available to the parents, creating an outstanding level of security and feelings of safety. The level of communication and involvement is outstanding, and it's clear that every child is treated with the utmost care and attention. I am incredibly grateful for the love, patience, and dedication they have shown us. If you are looking for a daycare that truly cares about your child's development and well-being, I highly recommend JWC Kids! ----- Author: Melanie Vega Rating: 1/5 Date: 9/17/2024, 10:28:33 PM Review: I had a very bad experience with this place and I know others have too, but they continue to take their child here because “it’s the best option in the area”. My daughter started going here when she was 3 months. The only good thing about this place is that they have cameras. However, the baby cribs aren’t visible in the cameras. The baby cribs have a clear plexiglass and this is how I was able to see that my daughter was always being put in her crib even when she was crying her life away. I would see that my daughter was always crying and rolling in her crib through the reflection. Every time I would pick up my daughter she would have red, tired swollen eyes. In the cameras, I would also see that my daughter would be ignored and be left alone to cry in the high chair or on the floor. After a certain time, the babies are mixed with older kids in like an after care classroom. I witnessed older kids fighting, throwing toys at each other, while the babies are inside of the same room. There was a time that I witnessed a student get hurt. When I picked up my daughter, I just so happen to see a teacher communicate with the child’s mom on why the child had a bump on his head. The teacher said “he’s been scratching. It looks like he has some type of bite”. The minute the teacher walked away, the mom laughed and said aloud that she doesn’t understand why they lie. She also witnessed it herself on the cameras at the same time as me. She said she keeps her child there because it’s the “best” option in the area but that she knows they can’t be trusted. Also, they lie to you and tell you that teachers always wear covers on their shoes inside of the classroom so the babies don’t touch the dirty floor. But in the cameras you will always see teachers and even older students (children of employees) walk into the room. I am a teacher and had the entire summer off so I made the decision of keeping my daughter at home with me. When she returned to daycare, she was “having a hard time adjusting” according to the teachers/director. She would spend every single day crying to the point that in the cameras you can see her face turning super red. At the time she didn’t know how to crawl or walk, and she’d be left alone in a corner while the teachers played with the kids that are capable of having independent play. When she returned, she didn’t even last an entire week. I removed her from the daycare and found another place that is supporting her learning and growth. It is a bit of a drive for me but I don’t mind if it means that my daughter is receiving the love and support she deserves. She willingly goes with her teachers during drop off and I pick her up with a smile on her face everyday. If you care about your child, please don’t take them here. Don’t be fooled by what they tell you when you visit for a tour. ----- Author: Daniela Acosta Rating: 3/5 Date: 1/9/2024, 4:32:36 PM Review: Good Christian school. The cameras sometimes don’t work but overall the staff is good & the new management seems to have a handle on things ----- Author: ML LB Rating: 5/5 Date: 11/1/2023, 6:25:49 PM Review: The new ownership has been a true blessing, I had my first child while it was under the previous ownership and I have to say the difference is huge. They are HANDS ON involved in every aspect of operations, know the children and communicate throughly, have implemented new activities that truly make the experience of learning and school fun for the children (Example they have a Fall Harvest that will be a beautiful experience for the children). Ms. Elena goes above and beyond always, Lucia is amazing and the teachers are extremely caring and dedicated. I would recommend JWC Kids Academy YES a thousand times!!! They also have the camera system that helps to ease with being able to check on them throughout the day. THEY ARE AMAZING!!! ----- Author: Alexandra Dominguez Rating: 5/5 Date: 10/15/2023, 12:53:46 AM Review: I'm thrilled to share our experience with JWC, our son's first daycare. He is 16 months old. From day one, it has been an exceptional journey. The moment he arrives, he's welcomed by name and with open arms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. One of the standout features of JWC is the access to cameras at the center, allowing us to check in on our son’s day whenever we'd like. This transparency and peace of mind are invaluable to us as parents. Elena, JWC’s director, is not just friendly but also incredibly loving, making each visit a delightful experience. She's been a constant source of support and reassurance. What truly sets JWC apart are the dedicated teachers. They keep us well-informed about our son's day through daily reports, which we deeply appreciate. Knowing what he's been up to and the progress he's making is priceless. I couldn't have asked for a better place to entrust the care of my son. JWC has exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are grateful to have found such a nurturing and loving environment for our child. Thank you, JWC, for making our daycare experience so exceptional!

JWC Kids is an answered prayer !!! After researching and visiting different schools we opted for JWC despite the fact that is not near to us and so glad we did! The director, along with her team of teachers and staff are all great! We love how dedicated and caring the teachers are, the open and constant communication and of course seeing how our child is growing and learning !

This school truly has an amazing staff. I will never know how to thank them all enough for the love and development they have given my child in the short time she has been in the school. They truly care about the well being of each student. From daily pictures of your kid, the owner Elena being constantly present, to having access to the school cameras, and just the love and attention this staff gives every kid are just a few of the reasons I’m thankful for having found this pre-school. They treat you like family and it is worth every penny knowing you’re leaving your baby in good hands. If you’re looking for a preschool, this is the one. It won’t get better than this one.

Excelente!!!

We are incredibly blessed to have our son attend JWC Academy! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt the warmth and love of the staff. A huge part of what makes JWC so special is Elena, the director. Her leadership, dedication, and genuine passion for the well-being of every child truly set this academy apart. Elena goes above and beyond to ensure that each child is cared for, and her commitment to maintaining a Christ-centered environment is inspiring. Our son has grown spiritually, socially, and academically under the nurturing care of the staff, and we have Elena to thank for fostering such an incredible team. The peace of mind we have knowing our son is in such a safe, loving, and faith-driven environment is priceless. We highly recommend JWC Academy to any parent looking for a daycare that prioritizes Christian values, learning, and genuine care for every child!

Let me start off by saying the director, Elena is an angel sent from up above! You have to really love kids to do her job and you can tell that this is her calling and she does it well with a smile. She is always there for the kids and parents. The kids at JWC aren't just students, Elena gets involved with them and those are her kids! She knows them by name, which isn't easy, plays with them, prays with them, that's the kind of director you should want for you kids. The teachers, are also just as amazing! My son has been there almost a year and I do not have one single thing to complain about. The teachers know all students, not just the ones in their classrooms. They treat the kids as their own. Get down on the floors and plays with the kids. It's hard to find good, trustworthy teachers like them now-a-days but thank God I found them. My husband and I are so so lucky and blessed that we found JWC Kids Academy. They are the best and I highly recommend this school for you kid. We love you JWC!!!!
