I'm so happy I found Innovation Academy & Preschool. I love that they are new because there is room for growth and they accommodated my baby boy so quickly. I love the app where I can daily updates and the occasional photo. I was desperately seeking something like that at a reasonable price and I found it here. They are responsive through the app as well if I have any questions. There is a security system that only the director/owners have access to which I appreciate as well. My 18 month old baby only started 2 months ago, but already I've seen him become more talkative and understanding. He's been mimicking actions such as dancing and wanting to count. He recognizes more nursery songs. And I love that he is receiving education and care while I work at home, and also doing arts and crafts that I may not have time for at home such as panting with his hands! I recommend this place for the sake of price point, care and personally for me the proximity.

I just started bringing my daughter to Innovation and she absolutely loves it! Ms.Misty the director has been nothing but amazing and helpful. Innovation is very welcoming and all the teachers are super friendly, the classrooms are well maintained and organized. I live in the Mirada community and I HIGHLY recommend checking out Innovation Academy!

I highly recommend this school for anyone with children! I have searched for a preschool to fit my needs, and I have found a home at innovation academy and Preschool. Ms.Misty, the Director, is kind and supportive. She is amazing and her staff is knowledgeable and loving. I trust them all dearly with my kids.

Stay away I can’t stress this enough. The teachers are fine I didn’t know their names and they were never introduced to me so all I know is Ms. Jordyn who is Misty the director/ manager and I rarely saw her. Misty is the main point of contact and she is incredibly rude and abrasive to the point that a conversation is pointless. In our conversations she repeatedly threatened to kick my son out from the first day. She struggles to manage her frustration with student behaviors and she didn’t even check in on my son when another student slapped him across the face. She seems very fixated on being able to have the power to kick a kid out and it’s incredibly concerning. The staff would tell me he had a great day and then Misty would say that he had terrible behaviors- they weren’t on the same page at all. Overall she seems incredibly anxious and running a daycare doesn’t seem to be a good fit for running a daycare. She stated that we should part ways then told her boss that I had pulled my son from the school. I’m attempting to get my tuition money back and heading to a more well structured daycare. I am incredibly disappointed that this is the lone option for daycare in San Ann because residents deserve better.

We have had an amazing experience! The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. They truly care about the children and create such a nurturing environment. My child looks forward to going every day, and I’ve seen so much growth in their social skills. Communication is always clear, and the activities they offer are engaging and fun. I feel completely at ease knowing my child is in such good hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving daycare!

I love this Beautiful school... all the Teachers are caring understanding and most of all always answer questions .The Director is one of the most pleasant ive ever dealt with always answers anything in a timely manner .The os just a blessing in its self .Thank you for all you do

Out of all of the Pre-Schools I’ve seen, by far, this is the best one. The director, Misty, has some of the best work based skills I’ve ever seen. These kids have all of the supplements they need to learn and to prep themselves for their future. There is no doubt in my mind that any kid that goes to this Pre-School has what they need to be the best they can be.
