Do not send your family here. The staff is rude and the patients eat frozen foods packed with sodium for their meals.

Very hard to feel like I wasn't lied to by the representative on the phone. I said at least twice it sounded too good to be true, unfortunately I was right. While the location is open from 7:30am to 4:30pm, the enrollment agent who gave me a tour of the facility let me know they only care for guests from about 10am to 2pm. During my 3pm tour the place was a ghost town. Shuttles leave to take guests home at 2pm as well. Enrollment said to me, "I don't know why they gave you that timeframe," I said, "To get me in the door." When I was on the phone with the representative I repeated multiple times what the time frame was needed & was told it would work, it simply doesn't. I'm now back at square one looking for care. Incredibly unfortunate from this company. Facility looks nice.

The center looks really good really clean really organized and I’m looking forward to being a part of it on a daily basis. There’s a lot of treatment that I’m gonna need. I’m looking forward to taking advantage of everything. I may be entitled to Transportation and the care that I look forward to having is really a good feeling I look forward to seeing you soon and looking forward to making new friends
