I have nothing but great things to say about all their locations & staff. It was one month before the COVID lockdown, we had just moved from NY, and I was desperately visiting all of the doggy daycares in the county but did not find the right fit. I was about to lose hope but then I found the Inn and words can’t express the amount of gratitude I have for them. It was such a relief to find a place with people who don’t see her high energy & excitement as “bad behavior.” They love & accept her just the way she is. Diamond LOVES all of her furiends & teachers so much she definitely cannot hide the joy when she arrives lol She is not a fan of the waiting area before going into group and gets separation anxiety when I try to leave but the staff always support & help us I through it. She also has food allergies but I never need to worry because they are on top of it. They always go out of their way to make sure I know that she is safe and happy not just through their photos but also text/email and that means the world to me. To have the peace of mind that she is loved & having fun while I do life is priceless. Today was the first time that my little boy went to in theDog house, and it was not only an absolute pleasure dealing with the company and the amazing staff, but the place is wonderful and our little boy is exhausted. He had so much fun. They gave my husband his daily breakdown when he picked him up and we are definitely going to sign up for a package.!

We recently boarded our 6 month old corgi, Winston, at the Lake Worth location. It was a great experience as a first time and we can’t wait to send him back for doggy day care and future vacations! The team was informative, updated with photos and overall a 10/10 experience!
