Author: Stephen Zoeller Rating: 1/5 Date: 12/20/2023, 8:23:35 PM Review: Buyer Beware. They will promise the world, The nurse has a nice personality, but you CANNOT depend upon them. In a business that peoples lives depend upon commitments, you would think they would respond with more compassion and care. In my humble opinion, they deliver only what they have to or the bare minimum to get by. When we signed up we were promised many things that they would do. Read the other review (Rennie ), it is all true. They got into financial trouble I was told and they may or may not have a new owner, however, I will attest, even in court, under oath that they lie and have not held up to what they promised in order to get us to sign up. All kinds of attention before signing up, that came to an abrupt halt as soon as we signed my wife up. They waited until I was in the hospital to send a committee to our home to bully my wife and deny her a portable O2 machine. At 70 years old, with a stroke and pulmonary disease they expect her to carry an O2 bottle in a sling to go to the Doctors. They are in my opinion the MOST uncaring Health care deniers I have ever come across in my 80 years. Find a good insurance policy and home health care if you love or care for someone that needs this kind of assistance. You can almost never get them to answer the phone or supply items that are necessary. The smiling faces of the sales people and the shiny bus is really just an affront to get you to sign up. As soon as they heard that we were going somewhere else next year services stopped. ----- Author: Renee Michelle Rating: 1/5 Date: 8/8/2023, 1:22:30 AM Review: Awful unless you want no help at all!! As far as the Cape Coral location it’s a joke the only thing they do is ship medication and briefs to you. My mother who was a nurse for Hope Hospice for many years and now has Dementia, Afib, and a Hiatal Hernia that is pushing into her organs has been really sick for about a month now all they do is drag her in there by bus to give her iv fluids and iron infusions because her hemoglobin is low. Now the past few weeks she has been sick and finally tested for covid, she tested positive as well did I her only caretaker, I have not received any help from them at all, No medical at all and I’m only 2 blocks away and nobody has stopped by to check on her this is not the way you treat patients and their families, this is not how any human, animal or living should be treated. I do have to say my mother’s nurse Mark is a great nurse and gentleman, I’d say probably too good for this company or business I’d call it, But there is no was 1 person can take care of whatever patients are there and answer phones, Because good luck getting anyone to answer a phone at that center or clinic. For goodness sakes they don’t even have a manager anymore, perhaps they are against patient neglect as well. Renee Almost 4:00pm and I’m still waiting for the 8:30am CNA, 4:00pm nobody answers the phone except for my mother nurse Mark and it has nothing to do with him, He’s better than this Hope Pace I wish he was a private duty nurse. The only reason I still have my mom there at this moment is her nurse Mark, her CNA Barbara who has been with my my since 2019 but if she has to take off the small amount of time she is allowed to be here they won’t give me help, I have asked repeatedly if a fill-in CNA and the only one that knows how to work with my mom is Johanna I believe her name is, but they tell me No! If you ask for help they just humor you. 3 good medical professionals in the entire place I don’t know how that place stays open. I will not abandon my mother in a nursing home so I’m going to have to take this further for proper help. Yes! I’m totally irate, Yes I will speak up for the elderly that have no families and can’t speak for themselves. ----- Author: lady violet mystical Rating: 5/5 Date: 8/21/2021, 8:59:24 PM Review: They are a good senior center and have good doctors and nurses

By enrolling my grandfather Frank in Hope PACE our family has experienced immense support. They have been incredibly helpful during this time of need, and we couldn't be more grateful. A special mention goes to Erick, his driver from Family Xpress Transportation. Grandpa Frank has developed a deep appreciation for Erick, often expressing how much he enjoys his company during their rides. This personal connection has made a significant difference in his daily life. We wholeheartedly recommend Hope PACE.

The staff there is excellent but for my personal experience with them, there is a need of improvement in communications.
