I've briefly used the Hobby Horse in Webster before putting my daughter in the Bushnell location and this one is honestly the better location. The staff working here are fantastic with the kids and are very attentive to the children here. I've never seen a sad face from my daughter when I pick her up. I missed my chance at getting my daughter into the local VPK and they were very cool with letting her reside at the daycare until she started Kindergarten. If I had done this review last year, I would have said that they needed to update their child tracking and payment systems but they just recently upgraded that too with BrightWheel. This is a great local area day care. I highly recommend this location.

When incidents happen, we contact the parents/guardians ASAP! My nephew absolutely loved it there, until two separate incidents occured. Instead the parents/guardians were not contacted, but yet you still want the parent/guardian to sign an incident report? How does one sign something with no acknowledgement of knowing what happened during the time the incident actually occured?.. Very unprofessional in that aspect! We send our kids to daycare BELEIVING that our children will be safe. That if something occurs between two children that BOTH parents should/would be contacted. Thanks, but no thanks! Our children's safety is every parents/guardians first priority, and when caring for others' children it should be the same as well!
