He has been attending since he turned three months and the women that work in the infant room absolutely adore him and treat him as if he were his own. He never cries at drop-off and reaches for every single one of them when we arrive. The app is wonderful as well, we get multiple photos and videos every day and we know exactly when he eats, naps, and is changed, we can also pay with the touch of a button each week which is super easy and convenient. ----- Author: Jade Rojas Rating: 5/5 Date: 3/22/2022, 2:23:40 PM Review: As a new mom that has to return to work full time, it is incredibly nerve wracking to place your child in anyone else’s care. I went to Grace based on a friend’s recommendation and when I toured the facility I decided to enroll my daughter. So far my daughter is happy every day when we arrive to daycare. All of the ladies in the infant room are so sweet and attentive to the little ones, and all the babies seem content and well taken care of. They always keep me informed of my daughters needs and how her day went. Over all I’m very satisfied with our experience so far.

Is this a Christian day care?

I have had my son enrolled since he was 1. Staff is kind and loving. My son is always loved and cared for. Over the past 2 years I have gotten to know the owners. Luke and Cadence are an amazing young couple, and true followers of Jesus. They care for and love everyone. My son is 3 and he knows the lords prayer. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Our kids love going to Grace. Everyone in the building knows their names and they wave bye to all their teachers every day. I recommend to all my mom friends!

*** editing to your response** You all have my information in your system. As an organization you should reach out to me. I already made my attempt in person.** * . I am extremely upset and frustrated with this daycare. After sending my son for just one day, I noticed a staff member handling another child in a questionable way. When I picked up my son, he cried as soon as he saw me. Once we got home, he told me that a staff member had grabbed his arm in a way that hurt him and made him feel scared. I immediately brought this to the attention of the daycare and requested to see the footage of the classroom to understand what happened. To my shock, I was told their cameras don’t record. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. As a parent, I trusted this daycare to provide a safe and nurturing environment for my child, and instead, he was hurt and fearful after just one day. My son and daughter will not be returning, and I urge all parents to listen to their kids when they share these kinds of experiences. Trust your instincts and prioritize your child’s safety.

From day one and now 2 years later, the team at Grace Community has been caring and supportive of my family. We needed to enroll last minute and they helped us every step. Their team is always responsive to questions and concerns. Our kids have learned so much. I am thankful for Grace and the North Ft Myers team!

This is a terrible place! My son is 2 years and two months old, this was his first time going to daycare. The lady upfront was kind of rude and dismissive but I assumed that's how most daycares are and I was being a little anxious. On his 2nd day today I got a phone call saying he wasn't following directions lining up on time coming to circle time ect. I tried to explain that he had never done this and needed time. I was dismissed and told the school wasn't the right fit for him and that it would be inappropriate to force him to do anything. I never suggested they did I simply asked that they taught him what to do. All of the things that they called to complain about are things I was concerned about with him never having been in daycare. I was told this was normal and he would be fine only to get this call today. He wasn't crying, hitting, yelling, biting ect. He simple didn't know what to do and they didn't care to help

Please, don't do it. Keep your child away. To long to give full details, let's just say very heartbreaking and sad!

This location used to be great before new management took over around July 2023. If I ever had a problem I was able to share my concerns that were always taken seriously and any issue I had was always resolved. That all changed when the new management took over. The new owners are a couple that look like they are no older than 20 and they even have some kid who looks like he should be in elementary school working there as he can’t be no older than 10. If you ever have a problem now, the lady at the front desk (new owner) will immediately dismiss you and tell you it’s not her problem. With that being said, I made the decision to take my daughter out and I can no longer recommend this place to anyone. They definitely act like the kids are not their main priority which is said being this is a daycare.

Worst service ever, they do not treat the kids right. They are so rude to the kids, and Ms.Claudia does not know how to deal with kids, she’s always pushing them and found out she pinched a kid. And one of the teachers reported it and they fired her because she reported it. So unacceptable !
