I would not recommend working at or sending your child to this preschool. My experience as an employee was extremely disappointing due to the director’s poor leadership and toxic attitude. The director is condescending, does not value her employees, and shows little to no respect for anyone on the team. She often misleads staff and parents, which creates a stressful, unstable environment. The director’s behavior has fostered a negative culture that impacts both staff and students, and the lack of genuine leadership has placed the school on the verge of closing. Her approach is self-centered and unprofessional, showing signs of narcissism that make it difficult for anyone else’s perspective to be heard or respected. If you’re looking for a supportive and positive place for either employment or your child’s care, I would suggest looking elsewhere. My hope is that the issues will be addressed so that future staff and students can have a better experience. It appears that some of the positive reviews shared here may be from people connected to the church. This includes the pastors wife, daughter-in-law, and a couple of employees. This context may be important for a balanced understanding of the feedback.

The Good Shepherd school has been such an amazing experience for both of our children. Their learning has excelled by leaps and bounds in just the couple of months that they've been enrolled there, and it is amazing to see how the teachers and staff have ignited a love of learning in them. Every day, when I drop them off, I know that they are receiving excellent care from staff and teachers who love them and delight in their job which gives me such peace of mind. Cannot rate this school highly enough!

Good Shepherd Early Learning Center is wonderful! My 3 children attended there and the staff were knowledgeable and very kind! The Christian values that are taught at this young age are extremely important and the teachers there did an outstanding job of explaining things for my little ones. I highly recommend Good Shepherd Early Learning Center!

Having served as a volunteer in years past, I can say that the school is an excellent place to entrust with your child’s early education. The staff are dedicated and faithful. Indeed, it is amazing what they will do in terms of sacrifice for the school. The children are always welcomed and as they come and go, they are generally very happy. Weekly chapel services are something that the kids look forward to as well and they love to see Pastor Ehrichs as he speaks to them about Jesus. The children also are involved in seasonal programs where parents get to proudly watch their children shine and enthusiastically entertain with songs and poetry to show off what they have learned.

Great environment and lovely staff! Recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place for their child that truly invests in their future.
