Long story short, they were charging us the wrong amount for alittle over 2ish months and once they noticed they expected me to pay the difference. They thought they were doing us a favor by only making us pay for the difference of 2 weeks. Because there was no way in hell I was going to pay over $2000 for the difference of 2 months backed charges because they weren’t charging me the right amount. He isn’t going there anymore and we still owe the $600. Let also me mention they are making me pay for the last 2 weeks per policy even though he will not be attending. When he was an infant we dealt with terrible diaper rashes and him coming home with the wrong clothes on, they were difficult to accommodate his organic diet which we eventually took him off of because they weren’t going to accommodate that need. Ones class he was the class chew toy and came home with so many bites. 2s class was great with Ms. Alex but he was moved to a different class out of no where right before we pulled him out. Anytime he was moved to a new class we were never informed except for Ms.Alex. The new teacher he was put with we didn’t even know the name of but has every poor communication skills. On 3 occasions he came out with no pants on at pick up because she did not communicate he was in need of them and was very inconsistent with potty training. We had nothing but issues since he started. We almost pulled him out once before but we were in no position to be with out childcare. My husband and I would not recommend this place unless you are satisfied with subpar care and overpriced rates. To say the least it’s a relief to not have him going there anymore. Good luck!

This is an amazing place! We had issues at another facility and this place was able to get us in quickly. They are hands down the best place!

Beware - If you leave your payment info on Sandbox, they can and will take your money without asking if you are behind. Despite any communication attempts!

Just watched a teacher (woman with tattoo on her left calf) berate a child who clearly has adhd and was upset, overstimulated. No effort to help the kid calm down, made threats of talking to some authority figure (Wilson?) Which the kid was obviously very worried about. He needs an assessment, comfort, and coping strategies, not to be yelled at. His name started with an R.

This is one of the most unique, clean, good smelling Day Care facilities I have ever been in and I have lived in Europe Asia and Most of America! For this to be so affordable, in a great access location and caring staff, no wonder they stay full for life! I really wish I had not let the lack of reviews deter me a few years ago when I was looking for daycares. My only complaint is that my son won't get to spend as much time as I would have liked at this facility bc he's going to kinder; Ill be back to update my review on the staff but basically, if they keep my kid alive, feed him and hug him a few times, Im good. He's a pandemic baby so Im seriously not worried about his resiliency, its the staff I hope can handle him, but as a preview, I was talking with Lucy the Director and felt so comfortable and safe that for a second I forgot I was a single mom..... if that tells you about my initial experience.

I strongly do not recommend this daycare. They will send your child home over the tiniest situations. You'd think for a daycare that is overly cautious they would reconsider having a photo up on their front door with a picture of each child that goes their. They're not professional in any way shape or form. The staff is terrible, Ms. Embers specifically.
