After moving to St Pete during the pandemic we were afraid we wouldn't find the right place that we felt safe bringing our at the time 3 year old son and future daughter who would be born a few months later. Gingerbread became more than just a school but a family for both of our kiddos. We couldn't recommend it more! We had a bad experience at a day care for our first experience with our daughter before you could start at gingerbread when she turned two and we counted down the days until she was able to begin there. The teachers, the directors, the owners of the school go above and beyond to make our children feel special, safe and loved! Our son now is at kindergarten at gulf beaches and thriving because of the love poured into him. He begs to come visit during drop offs and can't wait to hug his old teachers. Our daughter loves going to school and potty training with their support was a breeze. This school is a 5 star school and safe haven for kids to thrive. I know all of our new friends from our kiddos would agree! There is no place like it ❤️

The teachers are all extremely caring and connect with each student, and the directors are hands-on and open to communication. The curriculum is great and encompasses tactics that empower the children and help them learn to handle big feelings appropriately and without shame. Highly recommend!

I'd just like to give a warm, thankful shout out to Miss Amanda & Miss Erica. These 2 women are exactly what our youth need. They are EXTREMELY patient & kind. Not just with the kids but also with the crazy moms (me) LoL who have a hard time leaving their child. You ladies clearly love what you do and I couldn't have imagined anyone being better than you both! So from the bottom of my heart...thank you for making my son feel loved, confident & comfortable.
We have nothing but great things to say about Gingerbread Azalea. Our daughter began attending here when she was 3 and is now flourishing in their VPK program. We believe the teachers are kind, caring, and their communication between parents is smooth. Their conscious discipline program has taught our daughter self regulation skills within the home. She always has a smile on her face when we pick her up. If you are looking for a preschool, look no further! It's the best of the best.
We are first time parents and our start was a little rocky since it was our first time and learning how the whole daycare experience goes. Thankfully we had teachers like Ms Erica and Ms Kayla who are really impressive about communicating how the day to day was with him and knowing that when he was sick they were comforting him as any mom would their own! When there was an experience that was less than satisfying they made sure to let us know they are doing everything they could and within a week or less it was all handled. I feel very comfortable and confident leaving my son full time and he has grown so much in the 6 months he’s been attending!

We have always had the best experiences with Gingerbread! Both of our children love their classes and teachers. The daily classroom schedule and activities creates an amazing learning environment for the children. The directors and teachers are all so friendly and caring. We would recommend Gingerbread to everyone!
In August 2019, my son began attending Gingerbread, just two weeks before my daughter was born. He completed his time there, and my daughter joined when she turned two. Now, she is part of the VPK program. Some of the staff have known my daughter since she was born. The teachers at Gingerbread are incredibly warm and nurturing, dedicating their time, effort, and energy to ensure that the children are engaged in learning throughout the entire day.

The teachers at Gingerbread have gotten to know our child very quickly and always help ease the transition at drop off! The school is clean and well designed without a lot of over stimulating toys and colors. Would definitely recommend to a family that is nervous about sending a little one to preschool!
