WORST DAYCARE EVER. All im gonna say. üëå

I highly recommend this daycare. My daughter has been going there for just over 6 years. This facility has been nothing but professional, friendly, and considerate. I have watched as they have helped my child to excel past the expectations of her age. They take extra steps to make sure that the children are kept safe from anybody on the outside. They take privacy into consideration and don't post pictures of my child all over the internet and make sure that no random weirdo can look into the facility from the outside. If there is ever an issue I've been able to bring it up to the director or the young lady sitting up front and it is dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. These young ladies go above and beyond to make sure that the kids not only enjoy learning, but can feel safe, and have fun while doing so. I've witnessed them maintain professional attitudes while having to handle parents that throw temper tantrums like toddler because they failed to read all the forms they sign when enrolling their child or because they heard their " perfect" child was misbehaving. The waiting list to enroll is worth the wait.

My kids have gone to daycare here for almost a year, I’ve been to every party and event they have thrown this staff goes above and beyond for the children. Not only is the office manager miss Jai organized and ON TOP of all documentation but she’s kind and caring with my kids they actually want her and their teachers after school for their birthday party, on the week end when are going old town or Disney my three year old wants to invite her and the owner miss Karen(her teacher) and that speaks volume to me. I can confidently say my kids are exactly where they need to be IN A SAFE LOVING ENVIRONMENT.

If I could give it zero stars I would complete nightmare I wish I would’ve done a little bit more research on them. Please just read the other reviews 100% similar to the experience we had Absolutely no transparency. And the couple pictures of them on google is what you get but wayyy more worse! No one is allowed past their front desk. But it makes sense because I had the great pleasure of being able to look through the one window one morning when they had the blinds open that is connected to the “classrooms” it is set up, literally like a bull pit something you would see in a pop-up daycare. They don’t have any kind of website 🚩or even anybody into their daycare to see the classrooms 🚩their cameras do not record the Day past 🚩witch the director made sure to tell me, they only play live so they cannot play any discrepancies back that happened at their daycare. The teachers don’t claim any children so that way their teachers are anonymous to the children.🚩 Their Facebook reviews are all fake reviews so don’t bother and don’t wast your time looking for them on the better business bureau. They are no where to be found 🫥 There’s a lot more that I probably should say, but I know I’m going to get generic response back from Karen or her side Chihuahua to this review anyways.

Very rude and nasty daycare. Do not bring your kids here

We’ve had our 2 year old enrolled at Giggles for just shy of 4 months. The owner is there at the front door more times than not. Our son has made huge strides since his enrollment. The teachers are loving. They have just right mix of let them be kids and don’t be a fool. Our son comes out each day with the biggest smile, the surest evidence of having fun. Karen (the owner) has a wealth of experience. It is obvious that she cares deeply for every child in her care. We appreciate everything Karen has done for our son. I highly recommend Giggles.

I have two kids here and they love it. This school is amazing. They are very sweet and loving. My kids never complain about being treated bad and actually wakes up wanting to go. All the teachers are sweet and helpful. Also the pricing is great. If you’re in the area and looking for a great daycare/preschool please make this your number one option.

Staff owners cannot handle kids with disabilities any kind of way owner Karen cannot handle it either she doesn’t know what to do with children with disabilities she will kick them out and say that her staff cannot handle it in kids class room very small spaces for play area

My daughter loves it there! While this isn't the fanciest school, the staff is very nice and they appear to genuinely care about the kids. They make my daughter happy and feeling special.
