Flowers Montessori is a remarkable school. It is unique in the way they support the social development of children at such a malleable age while still fostering a love of learning. My children enjoy learning. My kindergartener is a fluent reader and wants to learn. But most importantly, as they grew academically, they learned how to be a good person. They learned to communicate their feelings, navigate social dynamics, take care of their community, and to be conscientious. In addition, there is a true sense of community. I could not be happier with our time at Flowers.
This is the best daycare in town, bar none.
We have had a great experience at flowers Montessori. Highly recommend this school. We were at mill hopper Montessori for almost a school year before being unfairly kicked out. We believe our daughter is thriving at this school and getting a more traditional Montessori experience.
Our son attends Flowers Montessori School and we are very pleased! Children have LOTS of outdoor playtime and attention from staff. Everyone is friendly and loving. They teach older children to support younger children. They teach children to resolve conflicts through talks at their peace table. We can't say enough how pleased we are to be a part of the Flowers community.
We absolutely love Flowers Montessori! Both our boys went there from age 2.5 - 5. The staff taught them an incredible amount of academics - my older son was well prepared for Kindergarten - but they also taught them how to help one another, and how to love. I absolutely recommend this sweet school to anyone!
Absolutely no communication with parents. Would not recommend.
Our son started along his Flowers Montessori journey in fall 2018 as one of the youngest students and he has blossomed ever since! Flowers provides a peaceful, loving learning environment for children across an age and ability spectrum. Since children of different age groups intermingle regularly, the young ones cannot help but grow in leaps and bounds as a consequence of their school "siblings". Our son's first day care/school sequestered children by age group into traditional classrooms - we figured that he will have years of that to look forward to! We already see him developing some critical friendships both with teachers and fellow students. Thank you Flowers!
Flowers Montessori is an absolutely fantastic school. My children have attended for 3 years now and our experience has been wonderful. The staff are kind, loving and respectful of each and every child and the entire school feels very peaceful, calm and organized, even with 45 small children! The staff are excellent at addressing any concerns I have for my children and promptly communicate whenever the need arises. Flowers covers not only solid (and advanced) academic skills, but also cultural studies and social and practical life skills. I am very, very happy with the school and each and every staff member and I would highly recommend this school for any family looking for a peaceful, holistic approach to early education.
Flowers has been a loving and nurturing place for my daughter since age 2.5. She has learned so much during her time at this magical school! Flowers feels like family and I will be sending my other children to school here!
