We love First Friends! The facility is clean and organized, staff is super friendly. Our little girl started daycare at 2 years old after only being watched by family. I was fully expecting the transition to be very difficult and it wasn't at all. Mrs Debbie and her crew truly care about these kids. My daughter dances in the door every morning and is happy every afternoon when we pick her up. She is learning so much and constantly comes home singing new songs and telling us about what she's learning. She talks about her teacher, Ms. Tita, on the weekends. We know she loves it there and is so loved by everyone. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

My 4yo son and 3yo daughter go to first friends on mariner and let me tell you, when we switched from their last daycare to this one it was a whole game changer! This daycare is much more clean and organized! The staff really truly cares for my kids and my kids absolutely love them with their whole heart! Mrs Debbie is excellent with both my children. But her and my four year old have an unbreakable bond that truly warms my heart. I know that when I drop my kids off there they are in a safe place!! Also my 4yo is very stubborn and I feel like a lot of other daycares would have just kicked him to the curb and not have wanted to deal with him, but Mrs. Debbie and Mrs. Hannah really got down to his level to try to understand him and how he’s feeling. They treat him like he’s an actual human with actual feelings instead of just a “bad toddler”. They are so understanding and like I said truly loving! Wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else!!

My son attends First Friends Preschool on Mariner, and I’d have to say this is the best Daycare I have found in the area! Mrs Debbie and the teachers here at First Friends are amazing. After trying many other Daycares in the area with no luck, because of standards or the way they interact with my son. I am glad We have finally found First Friends, a place that takes care of him the way his mother or I would. They treat my son like family and care for him and teach him like he was their own. Every morning my son Is greeted by a smiling face and he smiles the biggest smile because he’s excited to start his day there. I can’t say enough great things about this place. So if you’re looking for not just any old Daycare, this is the place to go. First Friends Preschool on Mariner is A+++

This school has truly changed our life. My son used to cry every morning to not go and had horrible behavior issues. He's been at this school for a year and has changed dramatically. He's testing as a kindergartener ! And loves going to school every morning and is excited to go ! I cannot say enough good things about Debbie, Hannah! They have truly changed him and taught him so much already .

Funny how Alissa Balog and her mother leave horrible reviews on here SOLEY because they cannot make their payments on time and are forced out of the daycare. This daycare has been the most wonderful clean daycare I have seen in a long time. I have 6 years law enforcement and I would not put my child anywhere else. The director treats these children as if they were her own! Don’t let two bad reviews steer you from placing your child here. We all know Spring Hill has lots of trash in this town. Unfortunately people can be nasty when they don’t get their way.

Absolutely horrible! I would give them a ZERO star if I could. They don’t follow regulations or guidelines. They don’t act, speak nor look professional. They act like their child education certificates came out of a cereal box. The director loses payments, pockets payments and misplaces them. Your weekly amount owed changes weekly since they can’t keep track of booking. They were over charging me for weeks and then says I have a credit but still charges me and makes me pay even though they owe me. Teachers put their hands on the students and pulls them by their arms. I’m baffled by the incompetence. The director hires people who have no background in education or teaching which resulted in numerous VPK students falling below average in testing. Needless to say my child will be placed elsewhere. When confronted the director about everything she has a huge attitude and told me to pull up to the daycare so she can tell me off. She loves to hang up the phone on you too when you ask about payments. DO NOT PLACE YOUR KIDS HERE. This daycare has been reported! And I know 5 or more other parents that have reached out to me personally & said the same things happened to them!

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this daycare. I am appauled at the leadership at this school as well as the instructional staff. The staff creates an extremely unfavorable environment for children. The learning environment and the cleanliness is way below average. I utilized Discovery Point for 9 years- top notch school! If I could rate a zero on this one I would on environment, professionalism, direction and overall care of children. I am not putting details as my next communication is going to be turning them into the state. No child should be in this center if you truly are a caring and nurturing parent!

After search of many daycares, I finally found this establishment about 2 years ago. The staff is wonderful, my 5 year old is testing at a 1st grade level and is only in prek due to how hands on this staff is. Couldn’t ask for a better experience

My son had been attending First Friends Mariner since March and we have seen a huge difference in his behavior and academics. Ms Debbie, Hanna, and Alyssa are truly amazing. These teachers truly have a heart for the children. They go above and beyond to provide a nurturing and loving environment. It is the only childcare I trust. Highly recommended!!!

Hands down best daycare in Spring Hill.
