I wish I could post a picture with my review! This is an absolutely awful dirty place that everytime my son went he got a fever and had to go to the hospital, then I got a call from the owner saying that he had to get his shot records and physical for her so I did and it caused my son to be out of school for another 3 days because he couldn’t walk due to his legs being sore and he threw up the 1st day and they specifically told me that he had to be fever free for 2 days before returning to school which I agree with but then they called to tell me that they were dissenrolling him because he missed too many days although these days were not only due to the immunizations and fevers he had from going there but also they didn’t wipe his nose EVER! I picked him up every day and even when I packed boogie wipes they didn’t use them, also one day he had a head full of dirt and a bloody nose, I watched other children poke him with no response from the teacher. They also told me that yogurt was too messy to send in his lunch and that fruit and veggies were a choking hazard and that Ms.Jackie forces them to wash off ravioli or anything with sauce and they are also very off with their communication between each other because one day they’ll say bring a blanket or pillow and the next they tell you not to, it’s just a complete waste of money and for the 3 weeks I paid $170 and he wasn’t even aloud to go , instead of refunding me they kick him out without any warning or just letting me know that he has to be there every day which would still be impossible with him catching something everytime he went, the place is so dirty and confined I had a bad feeling about it from day one! I figured I would give it a shot but as always I should have followed my intuition and put him in kid city especially when the first day I toured the school they told me how awful kid city was but I went to kid city right after that and it is much bigger cleaner and much more professional!
I would like to say that some staff members (who no longer work there) were kind to my daughter. My daughter did not “follow order” or nap when they wanted. She was never disruptive and had positive progress reports every pick up. The owner who calls herself a Christian (ha!) decided one random pick up day to say it’s not working because my daughter requires too much attention and doesn’t follow order, she’s under 4 and has a disability. The owner decided to keep disruptive children and ones who bite each other over a child who didn’t cause disruptive behavior and rather she wanted to sit in a corner and play by herself. This did not follow in line with the owner so she kicked her out. If your child has a disability do not go here!!!! They discriminate and NO CHRISTIANS! Due to this behavior an ADA lawyer was contacted.
My daughter has gone here for three years. All of the teachers are sweet, loving, and just amazing!! I feel like the have done everything possible to prepare my daughter academically for kindergarten! I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ if I could.
