Teachers go against policy and down talk your child to other parents while speaking your child’s name. Teachers are always on their phone instead of investing into these children. My infant was not properly cared for or attended to as a teacher mom. Their infant teachers have no patients which is why I couldn’t bring my son baby food because the teachers refused to feed him it. He was thrown into his crib and neglected to be attended just being left on the floor on a boppy pillow they provided me with no activities that he did, and they use each other children’s diapers and wipes on other kids. my 3 year old was constantly tossed around and sent into the office instead of teaching trying to communicate and redirect, I was told teachers were too busy to sit and talk to kids about their emotions but they have the time to sit on instagram taking pictures of these children and posting it on their personal social media account. The teachers absolutely will sit your child in time out and pay no mind to them. As a former employee of this building and helping at multiple KinderCare locations KinderCare is not the childcare setting you want your children in unfortunate to say.

My son began at Kindercare when he was 9 months old. As first time parents, we of course were nervous about leaving our baby and worried about how well he’d adapt. Those worries quickly melted away. Every teacher he has had treats him with such care and attention to detail. He has learned so much and adapted so well. Our center director and assistant director are so involved and look out for our baby like one of their own.

I just wanted to thank this KinderCare for truly making me feel at home bringing my first child into daycare here. I was very nervous at first to bring my child to a daycare. But when I realized how family oriented Every single staff is, there was a weight lifted off my shoulders. The director Michelle and every single staff I give a 10/10. Thank you.

Our family's experience with KinderCare has been extremely positive. From the moment we enrolled our son, the staff has shown care and professionalism. The environment is welcoming and safe, fostering a space where children can play, learn, and grow. We've noticed how our son looks forward to going each day, which reassures us that we made the right choice. We're truly satisfied with KinderCare and the peace of mind it brings us as parents.

We have had our son in the East Boca KinderCare location for over a year and a half and started him there when he was four months old. We cannot say enough great things about our director Miss Emily, her assistant Miss Deja and our wonderful teachers. These women are always so willing to answer any questions we have or provide any support/ advice we need. Our son loves to go to school and is sad to leave every day. His teachers do a great job of communicating his progress with us, and we genuinely feel that he is loved and cared for- he is the happiest little guy. Thank you for everything that you have done for our family!

Brief background: I had moved to South Florida in July. I needed a summer camp program until the start of school in August. I Google searched summer camps and KinderCare East Boca came up. I called the location and I was greeted with a positive tone. This eased my nerves, especially because I knew I wouldn’t be able to tour the location because of when I would be moving and when I’d start work. It’s been a little over 3 months and my son absolutely adores it there; He is happy to go to school and be with his teachers and peers. (My daughter attended during summer hours until school started and she loved it as well). I love that I get updates, photos and messages specifically whether he ate his meals throughout the day from his teachers because he can be a picky eater. The staff have truly been friendly, supportive, caring and helpful through our transition and that truly means a lot. I would recommend them 100%

I cannot recommend this daycare. It was evident that they lacked overall care for the babies. During the almost three weeks that my son was there, it was clear that they do not have the proper skills to treat the babies with the proper respect, care and attention. As a result of my child not having his needs met during the adapting period - he would return hoarse and crying everyday - and upon being told that I shouldn't pick him up when he cried at home, I decided to withdraw him from this daycare. I have also witnessed multiple instances of babies with large green nose discharges that were not addressed by the teachers. Moreover, the food offered was not as healthy as promised.

12/01 Update: we decided to change schools due to the constant teacher turnover. They hired inexperienced teachers that instead of making the transition easier tell the kids constantly “don’t go”, “tell mommy you want to stay” “don’t leave me” etc… and this happened in front of me. Makes me sad to think that other kids will be exposed to this type of behavior coming from an educator. We used to love this place but the last few months were really bad. ——————————————————- My daughter loves this daycare. The teachers are great and she is always excited to see them and her friends. Thank you for taking care of our little one ❤️

My 2 year old grandson is very happy here. He loves his classmates and teachers and has greatly progressed socially and cognitively since he entered the program at 21 months.
