I have apply 4 times ! No help yet! The staff barely wants to I counter with you to help you out ! Very bad service! My daughter is 4 and Im still trying to get help from this ppl!

Great experience with Ms. Collisa for our child's hearing screening. It is so great they offer these early detection screenings at schools for free to help us be proactive for them!

If I could put 0 I would waited three weeks for staff to come back from vacation for then to be put on review due to them not saying I’m not working 20 hours because of one week !!!! I had to leave because my grandmother died like what ….. and then she issued me the wrong school for the certificate on top of that .. Also when I gave birth to my son she took my ELC services away saying I wasn’t working like I didn’t just give birth !! These people don’t care and maybe think we take advantage but that’s not the case . If I didn’t need this to live I would not use it because this people make things so difficult!!! I really can’t push this enough how they really have no consideration of mothers using this , maybe they can’t relate and so that’s why they do as they please

Rude staff. They make it so much harder than it is to get services for your child. I sent employee verification then they made me wait two more weeks then I sent paystub then they need two more weeks cuz every person who answered was different and didn’t know the situation. Theni finally get services just to get them took from me for not enrolling my son soon enough, explained I was trying to make some more income before putting him in the daycare I wanted him in. They don’t care about single mothers trying to make ends meet with no help at all. I litterally cried on the phone with staff and Explained my situation but staff is inconsiderate. I can’t even work a job without assistance but who cares right

Omg! You can never get anyone over the phone!!! I even emailed the supervisor a few times and no response. SMH They should ask Orange County for help! I’ve never had this issue with them.

Terrible experience. They do not communicate with you and there is no way to get a hold of them on the phone to speak to someone. They also do not communicate with each other and will give you contradictory information. Never had an issue in Orange County with my oldest.

No one ever calls you back when you leave a voicemail, half the phone prompts don’t work, and I can’t get a hold of anyone to speak to concerning my case.

These people never answer the damn phone!!!!!

Great service. The IT lady and the family service specialist has been so gracious and helpful towards my family. Their help is greatly appreciated.
