Great experience from the staff. Always a welcoming face with a phenomenal structural ,fun learning experience for all 6 of my kids . A warm cultural environment for my kids. All the staff members are informative and very attentive to them kids and parents needs and wants.
Terrible school, unprofessional as well. This is the only school I know that makes you bring good form your child. Don’t we pay for them to provide the food? They also do not have any heart whatsoever and makes any excuse to not watch your children. They make up lies like saying my child has diarrhea but in reality she doesn’t and we even have a doctor note saying there is no diarrhea. They get mad when we make it exactly 5:30 pm. And also make the children feel unwanted. I will not recommend and will complain to BBB
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid an enrollment fee here to hold my child’s place for summer camp. I did a quick tour of the school with the acting director at the time (Ms Tan). I was never asked any details about my child during this tour, I filled out a lengthy online packet (routine stuff) and that was it. I was told by Ms Tan that the weekly tuition would be $165/week. I said wonderful! A week or two after paying the enrollment fee, I called the school back to see if there were any part-time options because my son had an IEP and he was recommended to get some speech therapy at a different school for a portion of the summer. For those who aren’t familiar, an IEP is essentially just a written plan that basically outlines what my son can do and things he needs to improve on, such as speech. My son hasn’t been diagnosed with anything at all, he just needs some extra attention and patience because of this delay. When I told Ms Tan that he had an IEP, she sounded startled by it. She immediately stated that the tuition cost would be different. I proceeded to ask her what the tuition difference was, and she stated it would be $235. I then asked her what the tuition increase covered… if they had a speech therapist or an additional teacher for the classroom, I would understand the tuition increase. However, she stated it was neither things and it was just “their policy because he had an IEP”. I asked her if I could see the policy and if it was written down anywhere .. to which she responded “that the policy was for staff eyes only,” and that they couldn’t share it with me. I could tell she just didn’t want to have to deal with my son. (And then she blamed me for never letting her know he had an IEP to begin with …….. anybody can go look at their online enrollment forms now, and they will see for themselves that there was never an option to include this type of information). I luckily was able to get my enrollment fee back. They discriminated my child solely because he has a personalized education plan by the State of Florida. I am working to take my case and sue this preschool because of this. Please do not bring your kids here !!!!!!!!!! All kids deserve a chance and fair treatment.
