I LOVE THIS SCHOOL…. MY babies been here for almost a year……. AT FIRST WE WERE SCARE TO SEND OUR BABY SHE WAS ONLY TWO MONTHS AND HER SISTER WAS ONLY 1 Years old. But it was the best decision ever my baby progress so much faster then her sister she was doing everything on her own because they work with her at daycare. And my one year old who is now 2 …. She loves it there she literally kicks me out the school every morning lol She entered the two stages where all she does is cry in the morning but as soon as we get to school she stop crying and runs to the door. The only problem is only a few staff speaks English so the language barrier but I’m hoping that the kids can learn to speak Spanish too
I absolutely love this daycare. My daughter and son both went here. The teachers are loving and caring my baby is always returned to me clean and changed and he began learning animal sounds at only 10 months and not to mention he understands when I speak to him in both English and Spanish. The only reason he is leaving is because we have moved to Boca Raton but I will miss this school and their amazing staff dearly.
Love the diversity, and how the staff speaks Spanish. The staff are friendly, and I have no complaints.
a horrible place, the caregivers mistreat the children, they do not take care of them with affection, take care of your children because the employees there do not do it
Avoid bringing your precious children to this place!!!! Understaffed and terrible! Run……..This facility left my son asleep on the transportation bus. Thank God I picked up the kids early that day. They couldn’t not find my son. Andrea, the mentally challenged director/ and daughter of the owner was the one driving the bus. When I arrived That’s when she realized my son was left on the hot bus sleeping. I’m sure this incident was not the first time. Andrea/ director got upset with me because I wanted this incident documented. Imagine the pain and trauma I went through for weeks. No parent should have to endure what me and my family did. My son could have died that day. This place is not safe space. Avoid at all cause! Terrible
This is the worst childcare center to send your little ones. Unprofessional and very disrespectful. The owner will meet the parents at the door with no proper greeting or smile, then walk your kids to the main area and just leave them. My son stood in the middle of the room with no guidance or instructions on what to do.The staff or owner didn't ask any questions about my son in order to make a smooth transition. This was his 2nd day, and he was upset they didn't interact with him or gave any assurance that everything would be okay. I understand there other kids, but if it's the child first time in school, a little more attention is needed for a few days. This is my 5th child. I'm not the type of parent who just drops my kids off and just walks away like it's nothing. The thing that really upset me is that I liked the school when the owner mother worked the Pembroke Pines location about 6 years ago. At times, all 4 of my kids attended this school. Now, the owner's daughter is running the center to the ground. Your mother opened the center for you, but if you didn't want it or can't handle caring for little one, then it's time to do something else with yourself. Your 4 children are older. Now, you forgot how it is for a mother and child to separate... My advice to you and your staff is that the child comes first, helps the child feel comfortable, safe while in your care instead of aggressively arguing with the parent about what is best for his/her children.
Because of the pandemia where not providing physical tours, “I can send you a video”, really? If I want to enroll my child I’m suppose to trust a video?
A few years ago I posted a 1 star review about this daycare because I had an incident with one of the teachers (who is NO longer there).. I took the kids out of the daycare and put them in another one.. not to mention I also had issues with that daycare as well.. long story short, after going to many daycares and not liking what they offered I went back to Early Learning Academy, spoke to Ms. Andrea (the director) and put my three kids (who are now a few years older and can talk and express themselves) back there. They have been in this daycare for about a year now, maybe a little more and I must say that I have absolutely NO complaints at all. On the contrary, everyone there is great. My kids love them and the director always makes them (as well as all the other kids there) feel special. I tried to remove my review but do not have access to that email anymore :/
