Very unprofessional ownership. Can't keep reliable staff. Do not send your kids here! If you child is over 6 send them to boys and girls club where it's a quarter of the cost and the parents and kids are actually respected. Just read some of the comments the owner left on other low reviews. Just imagine how petty and unprofessional the owner is when you have to talk to them directly. She is definitely on some power trip and has written to me in a very petty way. NOT the environment and leadership you want or need for your children.

My daughter attends the BlackRock Location. She is 4, we love Early Impressions . Ms Meagan, Ms Chelsea Ms Carla, Ms Teala, Ms,Boo and so many more amazing ladies have been so wonderful. I love that they have a cafeteria with a child size sink that everyone washes hands before eating. Teaching transitioning and good hygiene at the same time. They have such a open policy that's transparent. Not to mention the Dance studio. My daughter gets to attend Ballet and tap during the week while she is at daycare. Ms Lenna is such a patient and high energy dance teacher. I look forward to many more years.

CHILD NEGLECT AT ITS FINEST. ITS ONLY TIME UNTIL THE TRUTH COMES TO LIGHT. THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IS CONSTANTLY IN THIS PLACE. WHEN WE CONTACTED THEM THEY SAID THEY ARE VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE OWNER AND THE KIND OF THINGS THAT ARE GOING ON. I ALSO CONTACTED THE NEWS AND A LAWYER IN HOPES NO OTHER FAMILY HAS TO ENDURE THE SAME ISSUES IN THE FUTURE. IF YOU LOVE AND CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF YOUR CHILD PLEASE DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNFORTUNATELY SOME TEACHERS LIKE MISS BOO AND MISS RAVEN HAVE TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF MISMANAGEMENT. # BRING BACK MISS SONJIA. I love early Impressions at Blackrock, they take care of my grandson, love him, teach him, and protect him like he was their own child. Each of the teachers through out the years that he has been there has been amazing and the Director and Assist Directors is amazing as well. Everyone one there goes out of their way to make sure the children and the parents/grandparents are taken care of and have what they need. Love this daycare.

This place deserves a great review! So here it is: Early Impressions at Black Rock (called IMBRO, for those who speak traditional Yuleean) is … great. If my kids didn’t go there, then I would.
