They have a camera in each of the classrooms for you to check in on your child. I took full advantage of it and watched in from time to time while at work. I wittnessed a teacher shaking my son off his matt because he wasnt ready to get up from his nap. They spend all of their time writing "incident reports" and "boo boo reports" my son whonis 3 and potty trained, hated going there. He cried every time i dropped him off and told me he was scared. There didnt seem to be any positive reinforcement for the children. The only interaction is negative, and that only happened when they happen to look up from whatever they were doing. Look at a child and get onto them for one thing or another. The teachers have ZERO structure. Toddlers running around in full blown Chaos. I personally witnessed Teachers oblivious to what is going on with the children. My son was being hit by another child, and there was no teacher to come to his rescue. I get it... they are children, but still there needs to be an adult keeping a watchful eye on them, and they never did. They kicked my kid out when I started calling them out on the misleading " incident reports", on their lies, and CYA tactics. My son hated it there, because there was zero attention to him or any of the other 20 kids in a 2 adult class. If there could be a zero star, or even a negative star I'd surely take it over the 1

We switched to this facility about a year ago and have had ZERO issues with any of the teachers and staff. All of them are friendly respectful and provide a safe place for our children. Highly recommended, we should have made this switch a long time ago.
Early Foundations has been amazing! My son has been there for a few years, is now in VPK, and has always loved it. I even worked there for a time and that was also a great experience. The teachers really care about the kids and the managers are very supportive of the staff and kids. Our family loves Early Foundations!
Best daycare by far! We love the staff and teachers here and feel completly comfortable having our child in their care. The facility is always clean and the rooms are well cared for. I loved as a new mom having the cameras in the classroom. They treat your child like their own. They greet you every morning by name and are very helpful. We love Early Foundations!
The best daycare in Okaloosa county. My son has loved going there from day 1 when he was 1 and started in the 1 year old classroom. Everyone is so welcoming, as was shown on the first day we showed up. Everyone at the front desk greeted my son by his first name without even knowing him first and that really impressed me. He has since moved up twice and I get so sad every time because we always love his teachers, but so far his teachers have been great at every stage and i’ll be sad again when it comes for him to move again. Can’t recommend enough.

I was on the waiting list for VPK for over a year never got a phone call about availability or registration. Was told by Ginny that there’s one spot open for VPK with wrap around and told her my situation. She agreed to work with me gave my spot away the day of meet the Teacher night did not find out until after I had already introduced my son to his teacher. This school lacks communication.
A great place with a lot of caring teachers and management that have been there a long time.
