Best of the best! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my children. We have been with ECLC for years and their care is top notch as well as a clean and beautiful facility and friendly staff. 🤩

I am over the moon about how wonderful this preschool has been for my son! I have 3 children who have been in different preschools in different cities. No school has come close to being as amazing as this one! All of the staff at the school are warm and loving and the class sizes are small. Even my son's speech pathologist that comes into the school always says how wonderful of a place it is and how authentic and nurturing the staff is. My son runs through the door every morning and we are always welcomed with a smile. I feel like I am dropping him off at a relative's house. Thank you Ms. Cindy, Ms. Rana and Ms. Anita for all that you do everyday for my son! I am beyond grateful!

We have had a wonderful experience at ECLC and our little one has formed close attachments to her different teachers. The school staff is warm and welcoming and so helpful. They even made potty training fun for our little one! The regular school program offers a variety of activities for the kids to enjoy and the summer camps are a blast for all the kids. We would highly recommend anyone to send their children to this sweet preschool!

My child has been with ECLC for over a year, and I must say, it has been a fantastic experience! The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and nurturing, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The activities and curriculum are both engaging and educational, providing my child with a well-rounded experience. She comes home with an huge volume. Overall, I would say that ECLC is hands down the best preschool and has surpassed all my expectations. I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a top-notch early education program for their child.

Parents beware. I realize this sounds alarming and scary but I provide this review to caution parents when deciding to send their children to ECLC. We sent our daughter for her first year when she was 18 months old and had some issues in the beginning, but nothing that was so horrible until the new director, Cindy, was brought in. The first week of school Cindy decided my daughter was ready to be moved into the next class above her current one; when I asked that she be given a little time each day over the course of a week to adjust and assimilate, I was told sure. The second day of what I thought was the trial week I was told during pick up by another teacher my daughter was permanently moved. She got one hour one day and this was never discussed with me from Cindy. She actually dismissed me when I confronted her, confused by what happened since it wasn’t what we had agreed on, she just moved my daughter without giving me any information. Cindy has created a tone and culture where there is no communication with parents, teacher turn over is extreme, and she seemed to single out children in what appeared to be a retaliation towards them where she is downright nasty to them. She would never seem to have an answer when I’d express concern and tell me she doesn’t make rules; her go to response when I’d try to talk to her was “call me anytime”. This was dismissive and unhelpful. There are arbitrary policies and when some rules would apply to my daughter, it would not appear to be enforced to other children. (Example, my daughter was told she could not enter the school one morning while wearing crocs and yet in a photo posted that same week of my daughter in her classroom with peers, a different child was wearing crocs). The examples of my frustrations are countless; I sent my daughter to school after 24 hours per sick policy with a letter from her doctor and Cindy still made the demand she speak to my pediatrician herself to be told my daughter is medically cleared. She does things how she wants and then when challenged by parents, claims she doesn’t make rules. What really put me over the edge was how she’d never respond to messages in the app regarding anything we asked for day to day things, (including what additional safety measures would be employed after the school received a threatening email that caused the kids to vacate the premises) but would send out messages to the entire school via app after 9pm of Facebook reels and memes. I began to feel I couldn’t go to Cindy and therefore went to the board member for the school and was met with gaslighting comments about how “all the teachers and kids love Cindy and as she has a heart of gold.” I find this peculiar considering at least three teachers I personally spoke to told me they quit because of Cindy. I also have spoken to multiple parents who have told me the reason they also will not be returning to ECLC next school year was due to Cindy and they also share frustrations and concerns similar to mine. During the week of Passover when the school says send your children without bread products, I sent a message requesting my child is not condemned and allowed to eat without judgment (I have a picky 4 year old, sorry she only eats minimal things) Cindy told me I was disrespectful for sending her to school with a sandwich and I needed to come pick her up (I could feed her at home and bring her back but who has time while also working for this) or they were going to throw her lunch out as it’s not allowed in the building. Cindy is unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. ECLC was an amazing school and we initially picked it because of the glowing reviews we received prior to enrollment. Things changed significantly due to Covid as far as hours and parents being permitted to go into the building, and then things changed dramatically due to Cindy and because of her, I am not sending my children back.
