I encourage every parent to leave a positive review because they are truly excellent. The customer service is awesome, they love our daughter and give her the utmost care every day she is there. They do all kinds of activities with your child that you would hope to do at home. My wife and I get cute art projects with little hands and feet from our daughter that span our fridge. To the staff, we are truly grateful to you and your efforts, we will forever recommend this place to friends, family, and any stranger on the street who will listen. *ORIGINAL* Our experience with this center has been nothing but phenomenal so far. The facilities are well maintained, up to date, and the staff has been very helpful and informative as we prepare for infant services in January. We had very specific questions when we toured the facility, and they calmed our concerns with every answer. First, many of the teachers have been there for years, low turnover is an excellent indicator of a good employer and well-run facility. Second, their Open-Door policy, we can come whenever we like with no warning. Third, gender and religious questions by the child are directed back to inquiry toward the parents. ----- Author: Lauren Meradith Rating: 5/5 Date: 8/12/2022, 8:54:03 PM Review: We were so blessed to have found our way to the Early Childhood Learning Center and their kind, caring teachers. Our daughter started in the infant room at 9 weeks old and we always felt very safe and comfortable leaving her in their care. Our daughter is fantastically socialized, sweet and intelligent and, spending 9 hours a day, 5 days a week there, I have to give ECLC a lot of the credit for that.

I recommend this Early Childhood Learning Center 100%. My baby has been here since she was 17 months old. Her teachers Yuri and Dule are the best, they have taught her to eat by herself, to drink water from a glass, to play with the children, to paint, to dance, to clap, to blow kisses. etc... As a mother I am fully confident in the excellent work you are doing with my daughter. I feel very happy with this center, because my daughter loves to go. I recommend this daycare!!!. 🫶🫶🥰🥰🥰

After doing our research, reading reviews, and waiting on the list, we were excited and hopeful to send our 16 month old here part-time. Unfortunately, our experience was negative and I felt the need to share with other parents who are trying to find daycares in the Lakeland area. After 2 weeks of care, we ended up removing our child permanently from the facility due to the following: 1. Most concerning event: on the last day our child attended, we walked into the room to see her crying loudly in the corner at the teachers feet while the teacher ignored her. The teacher was busy changing another child, but wasn’t even verbally consoling our child. This is unacceptable treatment of a baby, and we consider it neglectful. This teacher was clearly frustrated and annoyed with our child, while explaining to us that our daughter was “agitated” all day and didn’t wet herself for hours (more on that below). The frustration from a daycare teacher of toddlers is a BIG red flag to us. If this is how she is acting when parents are around, how is she acting behind closed doors? During this time, the TV volume was on FULL blast, loudly drowning out the crying. Why was this? Additionally, the tv was on every single time we visited the facility or dropped off and picked her up. This is not developmentally appropriate for a daycare. 2. Teachers are rotated in the morning and afternoon. The afternoon teacher did not seem informed with what happened with our child in the morning, and gave us information that directly contradicted information in the app and from the director. The disconnect between her morning teachers, afternoon teachers, and director left us not knowing who to trust and what was going on with our daughter all day. The afternoon teacher would tell us medically concerning information such as "hasn't had a wet diaper since this morning". I am highly disappointed in the care provided at this facility. I understand that 2 weeks is not enough for our child to be acclimated to daycare, but this is not a place I felt safe sending a child. Above all, I do not want another child suffering alone while scared and crying like mine did. Edit after owner’s response: There are multiple lies in her response, which only strengthen my position that this is not a trustworthy daycare. If sharing the facts of what occurred hurt your business, that reflects on your establishment and not malice on my part. Lack of basic care of children by a daycare worker is not an issue to “fix” - it should never happen in the first place.

We absolutely love Early Childhood Learning Center. Our baby has been attending for almost 2 months now. The teachers really care about our baby and he is always happy when we drop him off and pick him up. We love the communication through the Brightwheel app, we always know information about his day (feedings, potty times, naps, etc), we also love when they send us pics through the app of our baby playing throughout the day. On days he has stayed home sick, they always message and check on him. We definitely recommend this daycare!

My son has been here since he was just 12 weeks old and I'm so thankful to have found this incredible place! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I love that the entire staff is involved, I've gotten to know quite a few and they're all so genuinely caring and kind. They do an amazing job with educational activities, lots of outside time, and they definitely keep my son engaged the whole day. He runs to the door in the morning and is so happy when he sees his teachers! It makes me feel good that I'm leaving him in a place that he feels safe and supported.

I can’t express how much I love this place. I personally never used daycare centers until I had my surprise baby 10 years after my youngest. I wasn’t able stay home with him as i had with my others. My niece had been going to this center for 4yrs so that first place i checked into (as she has wonderful experience). Mrs.Marinda helped get me going quickly and answered all my questions or any concerns. Everyday the staff acknowledges parents as they come and go (even the teachers in other classes). I am always greeted in a friendly and respectful manner. My son adjusted so well into the new environment and each Morning he is more than eager to see his teacher Blaire. It is such a blessing to leave your child with providers you can trust and help makes you comfortable. The app is also such great tool and I love keeping up with his daily activities and keeps me informed throughout the day. I enjoy seeing the rooms decorated with the children’s special activities they create as well. My niece has been here at center since she was 6months old, we always get compliments on how well educated she is and her vocabulary she uses compared to others in her age group, we credit her experience here, everyday she coming home using another big word. I look forward to our journey as my son grows with the center. The center itself is beautiful, Its very clean and up to date. I am always witnessing how well the staff keep up with cleaning and keeping the kids clean (as much possible). If you’re looking for a daycare center, heres is your place. Its worth the wait if you have to. Thank you!

To be honest, after reading horror stories I was a nervous wreck about having to take my daughters to daycare because both of my girls were home bound since the day they were born. I had all the same worries as any parent about their well-being, safety, emotional response to situations, health and so forth. Early Childhood Learning Center took us in under their wings and kept us informed every moment of the day about how well our children were doing and continue to do so. They worked diligently with the girls knowing our daughters have never been without a parent or family member being in sight. Its now been about 4 months (1st month was crying and a change in routine but after that no more crying) our daughters wake up each morning ready to get out the door and to daycare to see their teachers and friends. If anyone is looking for a daycare to take their little ones to this is the place for them especially if it's your child's first daycare you will not regret it. We absolutely love Early Childhood Learning Center!
