Every staff member is kind, empathetic, and passionate. Discovery Point Silverthorn also does an amazing job at communicating with parents. Our son has special dietary needs and their staff have been exceptional at accommodating these needs for every occasion. As a parent and educator I can attest to the quality of education, instruction, and social skills my child is learning at Discovery Point. Our son has made personal connections with students and adults alike. We are certain our son will be more than ready for Kindergarten next year thanks to Discovery Point. Above all, we know our son is in a safe environment every day. Enrolling him here has been the best decision and we can’t wait for our next child to receive the same care. They teachers are very well educated and they all care for my kids like family!! I feel very safe leaving all my kids there knowing that they will get a good education And be well taken care of while I’m at work!! They upload photos of their days, which is always nice to know how my kids are doing during the day!! They serve breakfast and lunch and lots of snacks throughout the day so I know my kids are being fed and it’s also very healthy!! The facilities are clean & well kept, the teachers are kind and loving to all of the children. Communication is always open & easy. Every staff member knows every kids name by heart. Which makes it feel like such a safe place to be. My daughter has made connections with every teacher she has had & names her teachers (miss Kayla & miss amber) as her “best friends”. I had researched for months prior to him being born to find the right place to have him in daycare. After months of waiting lists I received a call from Candice at the front office letting me know they had availability and if we wanted to come by for a tour. If you want your little ones in a place that's clean, professional, safe and have the well being of your children in mind at all times. This place was the only place I could find that made me feel like my child was safe and taken care of. I am grateful to this place for safely and effectively taking care of my child when I needed to go back to work. Being able to see what your child is doing throughout the day makes you feel like you’re more involved and you can instantly message the teachers with any questions. I was worried she would have a hard time with going to a new school but I do think that the friendly environment makes it super easy for her to transition to this school. Our experience so far has been nothing short of positive.
