GREAT SCHOOL, GREAT STAFF

We love this school. It's an incredibly loving and supportive environment where children thrive.

My son has never been to school or around kids except for his siblings at home. I knew VPK would be somewhat of a challenge for him, but with high hopes I sent him anyway. I will admit my son had difficulties adjusting to routine, and school overall. But what I was not prepared for, was for my child to be kicked out after just three days. It had not been a full week, and already he had been deemed unfit to stay in that environment. I was told he couldn't come back, and that a smaller class size would accommodate him better. Just the day before I had seen a mom, bend down and ask her son if he was going to have a good day that day without screaming and giving trouble. That child is currently still there.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Parents, please make sure to check your child everyday upon pick up. My 3-year-old son has 5 bruises which appear to have been from being held hard and pinched and no one at this facility has responded as to why or where these came from. My child's primary language is Spanish and no one at this facility speaks Spanish so my child has had difficulties communicating his needs. My baby has been targeted, hurt, and discriminated. I have reported this facility to DCF. I want answers and whoever hurt my child to be held accountable for their actions.

This is the best place for your kid.

As a parent, it's incredibly reassuring to know that my child is not only receiving top-notch education but also developing important social and emotional skills that will benefit them for years to come. I wholeheartedly recommend Discovery Emporium to any parent seeking a preschool that prioritizes individualized attention, positive reinforcement, and a love for learning.

This was Olivia’s 1st year in a daycare setting (she’s been in home daycares since birth), for VPK & she loves it! Everyone at Discovery Emporium is amazing! Ms. Nicole is her most favorite person ever! Love all the events they throw and how they involve parents! Couldn’t recommend a better daycare.

I can never recommend this school enough! Before my first little one started here last year, it was the only place we even toured & never had second thoughts. They had everything he, my husband, & I all wanted & there was nothing we didn't want. Our second little one is now attending here. Discovery has truly been a parent's dream for their child's first school. The kids are not just a number... they are little individuals, and the staff do an amazing job and helping them grow academically, socially, and personally. We will absolutely miss this place once we leave!

Our experience here has been great from the beginning. All of the staff is wonderful, our kids are hugged, loved and truly cared for. Communication is easy & effective within the school app. My daughter adores her teachers & looks forward to school everyday.

I love this school for my son. Knowing he is loved and cared for makes my heart happy while he is there. They communicate with parents, make learning fun, and make sure everyday is a new adventure for their students. He has learned so much since beginning VPK and he loves his teachers so much! I’m so thankful!
