During that time there were 3 directors, several different teachers who could not speak a word of English, and virtually no daily schedule/curriculum. The turnover was somewhat to be expected as it was a new location -- HOWEVER... we were called mid work day to come pick up our son as he 'wouldn't stop crying.' He is a baby..babies cry. So I asked the basic questions "Did you feed him?" "Does he need to be changed?" "Is he tired?" They claimed everything was taken care of and maybe he is sick, but has no fever. THEY NEVER FED HIM. I came to pick up my son and his things and all of his bottles were still full and his food was never touched. No wonder he was crying nonstop, the poor thing was starving. The Director said she specifically asked the teacher if he ate and she said yes. Turns out the teacher said she didn't understand me when I told her the time he needed to eat. But they still lied. He was not fed (I actually have a screenshot of all of this incase they say I was never enrolled here). We never went back after that day. Also, this school has no outdoor area due to the location. They have a fake indoor "park," so your child will have 0 fresh air. I registered my child and one of their requirements was to bring a blanket and a pillow. We fulfilled everything they asked for, but when the child came home, we discovered that the pillow was missing. Also her private wipes. We asked the administration and the teachers, and they said there was no pillow or wips. We tried with them, and they insisted that there was no pillow, even though we had put the pillow and blanket in ourselves and prepared everything. We went back on the next day to check if something happened they just gave us her wipes. This pillow is beautiful, and it is a teddy bear and a pillow at the same time. It belonged to mother when she was a child, and she kept it to give to her child. Im so exhausted about this situation. Also in the same day she lost her pillow they should sent us a report about the baby day but they not. They said the teacher was not here and the other teacher can’t access the app. I asked the manager to send me she said yes and until this day im waiting! What bad feelings i have
My child has been attending this preschool for more than 1.5 years now, and he just loves it!! For this span of time, many things have changed there. The old management was substituted with young and initiative directors. The teachers are very attentive and kind. They love and treat my kid as their own. There are many activities and classes the children are engaged in on a daily basis. It blew my mind that my child knew all the letters, numbers up to 20, and colors at his young age! I highly recommend this preschool as they really put many efforts to make the children thrive and grow happy!
So far a really good experience. Easy to communicate with, good location for commuters to Brickell and Downtown. Clean. And friendly staff. My son also absolutely loves the school and the teachers, especially Sandra. :)
I called the daycare to check availability for my son and supposedly spoke to the owner and i asked to see if I can view the preschool and was told to come in. When I showed up 10 minutes later they told me I cannot tour the facility and would not give me any other information or flyers. The lady attending me was not able to efficiently communicate and took my information down incorrectly several times. Even after having been told to come in a view the space which I took the time to leave work to go see because I need childcare as soon as possible. I even told the lady I spoke to supposedly the owner and they told me to come in she then told me to call them back in front of her... I thought this was completely unprofessional and rude of her. This already made me want to turn away the daycare immediately. If this is how they treat potential clientele I would not enroll my child.

I have known the director, Roxana for years. She is very professional and she has gone above and beyond to make sure the children are in a safe environment. She has put so much effort into self development, is highly educated and highly respected in the business community.I highly recommend Ms .Roxana because she truly is amazing and her staff is like family. This place is a true asset to their community.
I Love the school i know Roxana the director from another daycare when my 10 years old daughter went to daycare, i have An infant now and we were looking desparate for a good daycare. As soon as we walked into this school we knew that we want our baby there. She Love her class we call everytime we want to know how is she doing (a lot) ü§£. We trust and we are happy with the school and the staff. Its hard trusting someone to take care of your little treassures but i recommend this school with my two eyes close.
I love the school , the teachers are amazing my 9months old love her class everything is so clean and beautiful. I will choose this daycare/preschool always . Their love for the kids is amazing i can go to work with peace on my mind because i know my baby is in a beautiful and safety school
