The absolute best daycare around!!! I have been able to trust every single staff member with my most prized possessions —my babies. Starting at 6 weeks my youngest son has attended. They have blossomed here learning, growing and making memories. Cannot say enough, if I could give more stars I would. Ms. Nicole and Ms. Marybeth are outstanding!

Just wrapped up VPK, and I have to say that it was an amazing school for my son. The road was not always smooth, but Ms. Maria, Ms. Alexis, Ms. Taylor, Ms. MaryBeth and Ms. Nicole were always so supportive and understanding and never made my son feel anything other than loved and wanted in the class. And HUGE recognition to Ms. Nicole and the staff for an amazing graduation ceremony and all of the extras they provided for the kids. They made sure all of the children had more than we could have imagined for the day!

This review is for Ms.Carrie, 2b's Teacher of the Year. We are very grateful to have had Ms.Carrie as our daughters teacher. She has been very caring and nurturing in her development. She connected with our daughter so well, that she frequently asks for her beloved teacher even on weekends when she isn't in school. The two were an exciting year, we witnessed our daughter learn to count, recite her abc's and master her art skills. Ms.Carrie was undoubtedly a great mentor for our daughter and we wish that we could have her for another year. This goes without saying, that Kindercare has some noteworthy leadership, like Ms.Nicole and Ms.Mary Beth who have also been very attentive to our needs as parents. They plan out fun activities throughout the year, they are personable, and have never let any of our questions or concerns go unanswered. Overall, we are happy with our experience thus far. Teachers don't get enough credit, it's a difficult job, it takes a lot of sacrifice, and overall passion for working with young children. Thank you to all the Kindercare staff for all that you do, especially Ms.Carrie.

Let me start out with I have nothing against the Cyrus Creek staff they were very welcoming with my child. My issue stems from KinderCare cancelation policy. Who in there right mind would leave their child in a facility for an additional 2 weeks when it’s causing physical harm and pain to their child. Two weeks notice to withdraw your child is ridiculous. So now I’m forced to pay KinderCare for 2 weeks and they aren’t cheap for services not being rendered to my child and pay his new child care. People out here sacrificing to provide decent childcare for their children and this facility is out here ripping hardworking parents off. I’m completely disgusted. If I could give zero stars I would.

This center has been great to my son, he loves being there and it feels more like a family then a daycare from the directors Nicole & Mary Beth , my son teachers Maria and Alexis and all the staff they have been amazing 🤩 it’s a safe environment for your kids I get so many updates on what he’s doing throughout the day and I like that the most.

Ms. Nicole and Ms. Marybeth are kind and caring, great school.

My family absolutely loves this kindercare location. My daughter has been attending since she was 5 months old and is now in the one year old room. The teachers and staff are amazing and love all the kids someone is always there to greet you when you walk in the door. And my daughter lights up when she see’s them. I am thankful we were able to get a spot at this location and I never worry about her when she’s there.

Couldn't ask for a better team to keep my toddler everyday. They communicate often, utilize the app in helpful ways and I am thankful everyday to have the peace of mind that my child is safe.

KinderCare has been a wonderful place to send my child. Every morning, I am greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome by one of the staff members, or even the director, Erica. It is comforting to know that my child is in an environment where the staff really cares about the kids and my child is learning. I highly recommend.
