My baby did not have a good experience at the toddler room and as soon as we moved her to a new daycare, we saw positive changes. She started acting different at home as soon as she was moved to the toddler room. She is a baby so she could not tell us something was wrong but as a mom, you know. We moved her to a new daycare and she is the happiest baby. I’m very sorry to have to write this review, since we did have a good experience with the infant group. To the owners and director, please please please, make an assessment about the teachers you have at the toddler room.
Does this day care follow a specific curriculum?
Yes
Several reviews highlight a unique curriculum, mentioning STEM-based learning, hands-on science and art projects, and an Exploratorium for exploration and learning.

Author: Debbie Rivera Rating: 5/5 Date: 8/1/2024, 9:12:08 PM Review: We love Creative World at Cypress Springs! The owners, Eva and Ella, are wonderful, dedicated people that are very involved in the everyday workings of the school and have owned the school since it was opened. The Director, Mrs. McCray, is wonderful at what she does and is very passionate about the children and teachers there. My daughter has been coming here for four years now. She started when she was two years old and went here through VPK, and returns for winter and summer breaks now that she is in elementary school. Almost all of the same teachers still work here from when we first attended. The teachers are so loving and kind, and the place feels like a true family community. I feel like this is our second home and these wonderful people helped me raise a kind, smart, creative child. Their VPK program fully prepared my daughter for Kindergarten. I love how many hands-on science and art-based projects they do with the kids of all ages. The Exploratorium is such a great and fun place for the kids to learn and explore. Ms. Jezenia, who runs the Exploratorium, greets every parent and child every day with a smile and her passion for her job excites everyone around her. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this place. My child could have gone to any camp this summer, but she wanted to come back to Creative World to see her other family. If you want a kind, loving community full of great, dedicated teachers with a STEM-based curriculum, send your child here. You will not be disappointed. ----- Author: Melenia Rating: 2/5 Date: 1/29/2024, 7:07:35 PM Review: Great campus, curriculum and policies. But some of the staff are very unwelcoming. I felt very judged here every time I walked in the building. I never made a big fuss of anything but they still never felt quite genuine. A few teachers really made the difference to me. I appreciate those teachers so much, they made me feel the most safe there. As for the office staff and management... owners are nice, director seems a bit rude and the office follow in line with nice on the front but does not seem genuine. My kid also mentioned that when they did not like the lunch (which was most the time, and they could not bring a lunch) they would just not give them any alternative and not let you bring for them. This was a huge deal to me and especially because they would rather my kids starve while waiting for an appointment to get the required doctor's note which some families can't afford to pay for a doctor's visit just for a note. ----- Author: Heather Thompson Rating: 5/5 Date: 8/17/2022, 8:55:55 PM Review: The curriculum is unique and fits the children well, the teachers and office staff are friendly and welcoming, and the school is beautiful with updated features and great playground. ----- Author: juju S Rating: 5/5 Date: 6/23/2022, 2:46:18 PM Review: They have an amazing curriculum & daily updates of your child’s activities and your child’s progress !!! I love this school

My daughter has been there since she was 6 months old and I will never regret my choice. Every teacher she has had shows her so much love and they are so amazing with communicating with the parents. The staff is always amazing helpful and on point. We are very happy being a part of an amazing place who cherishes and teaches our kids. I tell everyone about how amazing it is.
This is one of the best daycares in Orlando. We toured a lot and the quality of care you get here is unmatched. The school is well organized, prioritizes the kids safety and the teachers are passionate at what they do. My son feels so loved by his teacher and is excited to go every day.
I usually don‚Äôt post reviews but I feel so sad ruining my daughter‚Äôs childhood with this VPK program in this spot. I didn‚Äôt understand her crying and refusing to go there until too late. Now she tells me every single detail happened behind those closed doors. Not only my daughter complained but two of my friend‚Äôs daughters had the same night mares. Please think twice when you send your kids while they‚Äôre not happy!!!!!! I will never repeat that mistake again with my second daughter although it‚Äôs too late üò¢üò∞
My child has excelled at this school far greater than he has anywhere. He absolutely loves creative world, from the children to the teachers and educational experiences. I wish we would have found this school long ago.
Amazing school, works with my son when he needs, very communicative and patient with the children. Noticeably personable with all kids and parents
So my children have been going to Creative World school since 2017. I have three children that have gone to Creative World and 2 that are still attending for summer camp and before and after school care. Can I just say that this is the most amazing daycare that I’ve ever ever used in my life. I love the staff , and I love the programs that are offered by the school. My children have an amazing time and they are treated like family. Every single morning that they get to go to camp or their afterschool care, they look forward to hanging out with their friends and having a great time here. Whether they go on a field trip or have an in-house field trip or celebrate a dance or, a Christmas celebration or an Easter celebration , waterslide day ,fall festivals , mothers or Father’s Day celebrations , this school literally has everything you could ever want in a daycare or preschool or camp. My children will go to this camp until they phase out so probably about six more years. If you are thinking about sending your child here, DO IT. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys for all you do for my children. Miss Mccray, Jess, Miss Liz I love you guys!!! Thank you for all you do!❤️❤️

Communication Chaos This camp left us completely in the dark. Barely LAST MINUTE and WRONG information of any updates on activities, zero transparency on how they handle dietary restrictions, and forget about addressing concerns promptly. It was like pulling teeth to get any information! Everybody seems to not have information at all. Everybody gives different answers. Dietary Disaster My child has strict diet restrictions, and we explicitly mentioned it during registration. Yet, they EVERYDAY of the 2 weeks my child was on summer camp, was given milk/dairy. Something that her body DO NOT TOLERATE and was a very important request that i informed to the school, but they seems like they didnt even read all of the 3 pages they request with important information! Thankfully, my child knew better than to eat it, but this is a serious lapse in attention that could have ended badly. Bullying Bonanza The supposed "supervision" was non-existent. My child was bullied by other campers and 2 other kids hit her on her legs and back with no intervention from the teacher. She went twice to the teacher in the PANDA CLASS where she was located, and the teacher answer was "you guys have to handle it by your own. Seriously!?. It seems like creating a safe and inclusive environment wasn't even a remote priority. Avoid at All Costs This camp was a complete disappointment. Disorganized, unsafe, and utterly neglectful of our child's well-being. Look elsewhere if you're looking for a summer camp that actually cares about your kids.
(First time Mom) My child attended this daycare for only a year and was expelled because they didn’t have the staff, nor the experience, to accommodate my child’s, and collectively all the childrens’, needs. I had higher expectations to the schools ability to handle any and all kinds of issues with the kids in their care for the price they’re charging for. If your child is not a perfect robot to follow every command, like staying still in one place for long periods of time with nothing to do though they have all the toys and activities in the world while the teacher/care takers address other kids and things, then do not suffer in paying their price just because “they are the closest and it works for you”. I found out there are other daycares that offer more services for a huge cost savings - without financial assistance or programs. I had many minor issues with the school until this past month. The issues appear to stem from the Owner’s inability to prevent the revolving door of care takers as well as the lack of services for the price they’re charging - this place is a real nice, painted up, clean, well A/C’ed, daycare and that is all. I do give my props to the beautiful building they have and the caring staff members that do try to help you in your struggles, however, this was not enough for my child. Any issue they experience with your child results in a report for you to sign at pickup with corrective actions always stating they separate them from the classroom and/or to verbally address the child. If the child is not able to communicate, you’re out of luck, and there is no other side to the story other than the report itself that is written by the teachers/care takers. You can request to review the surveillance for validation, but it is not to be viewed at your disposal, therefore, not always honored due to policies for the other children’s protection (understandable, but not affective in the parent’s ability to do or resolve anything). My child was fine until the last month where for some reason I had many reports of incidences everyday which quickly turned into a call everyday for me to pick up my child. To this day, I still have no real proof that these incidents actually happened. The Owner has no standards or best practices laid out for issues or complicated situations and resulted in expelling my child as a way to resolve the issue. This made me view poorly of my child and made me feel like a failure as a parent. However, I found out later through a third-party specialist that I was not being given the full story as presented in the reports and makes me question their abilities to act on such things rather than re-act. How dare you single out your kids and paying customers and flip the blame on them. Simply said, they have too many children in their care and not enough services or care takers to handle the load which creates room for the inevitable and “misbehavior” (their definition regardless if malicious or not) and would rather send you away than strengthening their own services and support for a better experience on the paying parents. What was I paying all this money for? I guess it’s for the façade and not the intended purpose of the daycare to help you as a parent and your child in the process of developing together.
