I received inappropriate messages from their Facebook, I tried to contact them and ask them why or to what end? And I was blocked and nothing was ever resolved. I am now in contact with Hillsborough filing a formal complaint. Edit, i have now filed a police report as I have now started to receive inappropriate calls and texts from their daughter. The only way anyone could have gotten my number is through my calls with the owner. This is scary, to have leaked information after trying to file a formal complaint and seek a professional answer from both Sandy and her husband Chris. Why would you leave a child here?

Our daughter has been attending this daycare since she was a baby, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From day one, the entire team has been nothing short of amazing. Ms. Aurora, Mr. Anthony, Ms. Mayrenis, and the Director, Ms. Andreina, have shown incredible care and dedication to her growth and well-being. They made us feel like family, always attentive to our daughter's needs and development. Special thanks to the owner, Ms. Jasmary, for creating such a nurturing and safe environment. The love and attention from everyone at the daycare made such a difference in our daughter’s early years. We highly recommend this daycare to any parents looking for a place where their child will be loved, cared for, and supported in their learning journey!

Esta escuela te va encantar visites muchas para poder inscribir a mi hijo por primera vez y está cumplió todos mis estándares , las personas que aquí trabajan son muy educadas y serviciales. El hecho de que puedas ver todo lo que hacen los niños en las cámaras del lobby habla de su transparencia y organización. For starters, my wife and I tried two home daycares, a chain daycare (KinderCare) that was nice, but when we enrolled our daughter at this facility, we finally found a winner. The teachers at this daycare are THE most nurturing, loving, caring, you name the positive adjective and (insert here)! The only reason we unenrolled our child was because my wife got a job at a middle school and found a daycare program close to her job that made things for our family more convenient. If it were not for that our child would still be enrolled at Creative Hands, enhancing her multilingual education. Our daughter would still be enrolled here making friends, best friends! I didn’t know that a 2-3 year old could retain the names of her classmates and come home smiling and talking endlessly about how much fun she had at school and how this friend and that friend are her best friends. Every time I picked my daughter up from school she had a smile on her face and would tell me how much fun she had and that she couldn’t wait to go back to school. I was actually wowed at how she would talk about going to school more than she would want to hang out with her dad at times. “Daddy I want to go to school tomorrow.” Me- “Baby girl tomorrow is Saturday.” I say all of this to say, if you’re wondering what would be a great place, not a decent place nor a good place but a great place to enroll your child. I feel so blessed to have found this school for my son! He attended this school for 2 years before heading to Kindergarten this year and we were so upset to leave. Their leadership, management, teachers, and staff became family to my son and I. My son grew and learned so much with his teacher Mr.Anthony. I am so grateful for all of his hard work and dedication in the classroom. I will hold on to every milestone and memory my son made at this school. If you are looking for childcare for your children I highly recommend this school!
