Their front staff Kristy MJ and Jerry are understanding and take concerns seriously. For example I once raised concern about carline safety and not only were emails and messages sent out to families about safe carline practices, but the next day their office members were outside directing cars in morning and evening drop off. I have 3 kids there that have been at CCLC since they were 1, and my first will soon graduate VPK. They have cameras in each class that you can view at any time from anywhere and they use an app with pictures and messaging to communicate with parents. The teachers genuinely care about the kids and have open communication with the parents. They are proactive and comfortable raising concerns about progress of the child in order to get them the help or resources they need (eg speech therapy, OT). I want to shout out a few of the teachers that have made huge impacts on my kids lives - Ms Jen in wobblers, Ms Cheri in Toddlers, Ms Calandra and Ms Zuly in Preschool and Ms. Diana and Ms. Blanca in PreK. Ms Jen’s attention to detail and getting to know the kids when they are so young makes you feel comfortable leaving your child in great care especially at a young age. My kids LOVED Ms. Cheri’s fun activities and I saw so much growth in each of my children in her class. Ms. Calandra and Ms. Zuly love their kids, and their class is the perfect mix of fun and learning and prepares the kids for VPK. Finally, Ms. Diana and Ms. Blanca are the absolute BEST VPK teachers. My son has grown and learned so much in their class. They accept each student for who they truly are, meet them at their level and bring out the very best in them. I can’t thank CCLC Davie enough. Even teachers that aren’t my kids teachers are amazing and my kids love them (Ms. Wendy, Ms. Laura and more). I have so much appreciation for this facility that accepts and loves each child for who they are. I always feel my child is safe and well cared for. My child always loves going to school. The teachers and staff are very understanding and respectful of my split custody situation and are great at working with me. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
