The school is absolutely beautiful. But as we know; beauty only takes you so far. I did not feel there was a strong partnership between us and the school and while I’m sure other kids may thrive here, it was not the right environment for our own child. We chose to transfer him, and provided an email with feedback, to which we received no response. Out of all the teachers our child had, Miss Janet was the kindest; and most nurturing of them all.

Our youngest needed to enroll in preschool in order to get started in speech therapy and we couldn't be happier with Compass Preschool. The teachers are all so kind, eager to help and have taught our son so much over the course of the school year. They have fostered his independence, his desire to learn and keep him excited through the variety of enrichments offered daily. He looks forward to his music, yoga, art and PE times, as well as his work time in the classroom. I couldn't be happier with the teachers. Ms. Ramos is a fantastic addition to the school this year. She keeps communication open and is great about posting pictures to keep parents in the know about the work and activities the students do each day. This school is also a great stepping stone should they continue their education at the sister school in Largo, Country Day school. Also, I cannot say enough about their on staff Speech Therapist, Mrs. Justine Wright. She has worked wonders with our son who was diagnosed with Apraxia of Speech, barely saying a word at the age of two. Her work, combined with the efforts of all the teachers at Compass has caught him up and he's ready for VPK in the fall. This school is 5 star! We couldn't be happier.

My daughter has been attending Compass Preschool for the last two years and I could not be happier! The campus is gorgeous, the teachers are friendly and so SO loving to my now 3 year old, and the family events they put on are top notch! An enthusiastic 5 star review from this proud parent!
