I don't recommend hosting private events here. I'm not sure about their gym classes, but for private events, the experience was disappointing. Their communication is terrible. We booked one event and were given specific details, but when we arrived, they assigned us a different room, claiming it was what we had booked due to the type of party. Nothing was properly communicated, and all our guests complained about how hot the room was. We voiced our concerns, but nothing changed. What was supposed to be a happy and fun birthday celebration turned into a frustrating experience that neither we nor our guests enjoyed. The service crew was kind and tried their best, but the situation was beyond their control. Guests were uncomfortable, and we were just waiting for the event to end. The owners brought us a cooler with ice because we had a frozen cake—after previously confirming that they had a fridge and freezer available. I wish we had known that we’d be stuck in a room with a broken AC and that it wouldn’t even be the room we originally booked. They have a confusing system where events are categorized as "standard" or "premium" parties, with different time slots. However, they don’t tell you that the standard party takes place in a hidden backroom. We booked a 2 PM standard party because we were told the premium party starts at 3 PM. Yet, when we arrived, we saw that the premium party in the main room had already started at around 1:45 PM. That was a complete shock—especially after calling and emailing them nearly 20 times before the event. Worst of all, our daughter had to witness all this stress instead of enjoying the magical birthday we had planned for her.

The center has an amazing afternoon school program. My child has gained confidence through gymnastics. All the staff members are kind and professional. I truly appreciate their efforts.

We absolutely LOVE this gym!! We hosted my daughter’s 7th birthday party here, and it was AMAZING! The kids had so much fun, and I didn’t have to stress about planning or cleanup. The staff was so friendly and made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for parties!!

This is the best gym we have found for our son! He gets so excited on days he has his ninja class with Coach E!! The staff makes us feel like family and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! The best part is we had his 9th birthday there and he and his friends had a blast! We had the entire gym to ourselves and we didn’t have to clean up!!! Check them out!!!
