The teachers are like second moms to these kids. My daughter knew Spanish words before she was 3 years old, could add numbers, spell her name and read. Ms Gabby, Ms. Minnie and all the other teachers I could not thank you enough. My daughter still talk about how she misses her old school. The daycare is not only clean and well-organized but also has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The teachers are communicative, responsible, and genuinely care about the children's well-being. The curriculum is top-notch and thoughtfully designed to ensure that the children are not just cared for but truly prepared for success in Kindergarten and beyond. I’ve had two kids attend Coconut Creek Academy, with an 8-year age gap between them, and the quality of education has been consistently excellent throughout the years. Every day, my kids were excited to attend, eager to learn, play, and grow. The enthusiasm and motivation they had for school, thanks to the strong foundation they received at the academy, speaks volumes about the exceptional care and education they’ve received. If you’re looking for a daycare that will nurture your child's growth and development, I highly recommend Coconut Creek Academy. Schedule a tour—you won’t be disappointed! Bonus: The staff is bilingual, so your child will also be exposed to Spanish, adding another layer to their learning experience. Author: Shantelle Cruz Rating: 1/5 Date: 2/21/2024, 4:15:01 PM Review: This was my first daycare experience and I was really disappointed. My child only attended for 2 months. She’s 18 months. There were many times my child was picked up with a heavy diaper until something was said. I saw a mark on my child’s back that looked like a bruise and I was upset and wanted to know what happened. I was just told that nothing happened at school and they reviewed the cameras and didn’t see anything. I kept asking to see the cameras for myself but I got no response. My child was always sick and missing school. There’s no protocols to sanitize. The last time my child was sick I informed them that she had a virus and she had two fever seizures and was in the hospital. I am a nurse so I understand that she will get sick but it was too often with no explanation. My child missed a week and a half and I called to let them know she will be coming back and they replaced her spot with another child without any notice. They never once called to follow up. There was no communication with me at all. It seemed like they only care about filling their spots. This is a predominantly Hispanic school and it seems as if you’re not Hispanic you will not get the same respect and community as the other parents. I was always a cash payer and always paid in advance. The only thing I can say is that I got a refund for the last week she missed maybe because they already filled her spot. They saw that I was upset and not once did they ever show that they genuinely care about my child or my experiences.
