She over charges and the director is very rude she just wants your money it’s always an issue she make it seems like nobody paid her but in reality I did
They called me saying they couldn't find my 3 year old. Called back 5 minutes later saying they found her in the corner sleep. Very unprofessional and unattentive. Means they weren't watching her from the start
I don’t recommend this daycare. Director is rude. They don’t have enough staff for kids which is why my son was kicked out last minute. There was alway an issue with him being there a little later than 5 even though I pay for him to be there. And I asked multiple times to charge me extra. Very unprofessional. I don’t think my son was very comfortable there. I recommend looking for a daycare with happy and positive teachers that take time to get to know your child and if your child has separation anxiety like mine does, to make them feel comfortable.
