Overpriced and unprofessional.
We absolutely LOVE this daycare. We feel so safe sending our child here. We truly feel like this daycare is apart of our family, our child is excited to go to school everyday. She loves what she’s learning. 10/10 recommend this place
Children's Ark is a great place for kids to enjoy being kids, playing, crafting, and learning. Over the past 6 years, I have sent all 3 of my kids there. Shelby & Bree are great leaders and teachers.
Love this place!! Great staff and teachers, great environment for the littles!! Highly recommended ❤️
We have been sending both kids here now for over a year. They are a street over from our house and we have gotten to know everyone working here. They love our kids and the kids love their teachers. Definitely recommend Children’s Ark!
I can’t recommend this daycare enough! The staff are so incredibly nice. You will drop your kids off and know the teachers will take great care of them. Shout out to Miss Hannah in the threes classroom and all the newborn teachers! They are all so wonderful! You won’t regret sending your kids here!
We are finishing our first week, we absolutely love it. I have a 6 month old son and he gets so excited to see his teacher in the mornings. ‚ô•Ô∏èü§óü•∞üçº
Child bit 3 times in a week with no explanation from staff.
Wouldn’t recommend, my son has twice come home w/ scratches swelling his face & told me “a girl keeps smacking me so she’s not my friend”, I realized they let the kids harm each other with no discipline.. He started stuttering a lot and the phrase “It’s no big deal” started when I ask questions he stopped talking about daycare or wanting to go. He displayed a very inappropriate se*ual gesture to his nana which was my limit.. they’re a family company so getting answers was useless. I simply unenrolled him & now he’s himself again, so they were obviously the problem. It was a horrible experience & I regret sending my son there.
The ‘VPK’ program was a joke. 3 months and my son hasn’t came home with any new information, only thing he’s learned was a song. They would tell me stories about my son that didn’t quite sit well with me or anyone else who knows my kid, when I asked to see camera it was okay with the teach but the instructor refused. My son has a bit of a speech delay so he can’t fully tell me what happening other that “so and so hurt” Ms.ire bad”. I wanted more information and proof on the things my son was doing but instructor is so rude and unprofessional she told me if I go up there she would call the police for trespassing and DCF. She told me I couldn’t see camera because it goes against HIPPA yet I called ELC and they said that was a lie! I’m not a disrespectful person but I feel my son was singled out, targeted, pushed to the side, and left to figure it out.no one ever gave resources or asked/advised screening for my kid even after explaining that everything they were saying is new to me because he has never been to day care a day in his life he’s always been a house baby he doesn’t have a bunch of siblings or cousins to learn from so behavior may have been an issue but trying to make my son the aggressor and uncontrollable without at least showing me so I can help fix this is crazy. Kids won’t act certain ways with parents because they know they can’t but this is new and he needs to learn that’s the point of being an early learning center. I never seen any work the class was doing either can’t even tell you what they were working on. As the ELC woman said they need to be looked into, that is not how you treat a child, and if that’s the case they need to remove early learning from their name!
