Being a first time mom and having anxiety about strangers caring for my child is stressful enough. They never had consistent teachers in the infant room. I sat in there one day just to see how everything flowed and it was CHAOTIC to say the least. Watching a teacher I never seen in there before ignore the babies as they all cried while on her phone with no care in the world that a parent was there showed me that there was a disconnect between the teachers and children. Listening to the other teachers talk to the toddlers with annoyance and aggravation was not something I wanted to see or hear. Them calling dcf on me in retaliation of me giving a report to the actual company and speaking up for my child and voicing my concerns about me having to pick him up early and not able to bring him in at all because they didn’t have staff really was the icing on the cake. To know that the director would stoop so low to lie on me really PMO because at this point they were trying to get my child taken from me. When I spoke to dcf they told me it was so many cases going on and that this particular location wasn’t doing their job because so many parents had issues. My son was suppose to stay til the end on July 2024 but I just didn’t trust my child in their care after the stunt they pulled. I highly would NOT recommend this location.

This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been enrolling my child here for the last month talking back an forth after touring and dealing with ELC and I was giving no information on what my child needed bringing her in also no info on on tuition information an I scheduled her to start today and was told for the first time that there was a hundred dollar deposit for enrolling her an also paying for the day an after talking to the director several times it was never discussed. I was suppose to start my job today an my child's first day of daycare also so I was already a nervous wreck and they were no help, no info, no prep info for me to be prepared an when I walked in the class there was one teacher with about 8 children an 2 fell while I was there an she didn't even see them fall she's talking to the kids like WHY ARE YOU CRYING! An I'm like the children just fell. Will not be taking my child to this daycare an hope this will be investigated further an they maybe give parents more info instead of not preparing them for anything. This was completely unbelievable

My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 5 months old and currently just turned 2. Under the director Ms. Cherelle I have watched my daughter flourish. The level of care provided has always been consistent and any concerns I have ever had were immediately addressed. The director is the reason why my daughter has only ever known this daycare. The staff is amazing and it makes it easier to go to work knowing how happy my daughter is to come here each day.

10/10 highly recommend THIS facility! My children love the teachers, I get daily and frequent updates on the app along with pictures, and the artwork that is sent home is always so cute! Check them out, stop by for a tour, and sign up!

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 5 months old. While she can't talk just yet, I know she enjoys her time spent with classmates and teachers in the infant room. She never cries when I drop her off and is always in a great mood when I pick her up. They encourage parental participation through activities such as family trees displayed in the classrooms and most recently, an easter egg hunt, which I greatly appreciate. As I walk through the other rooms on my way to the infant room I always see the older kids happily engaged in a variety of creative activities.

I pulled my daughter out for multiple reasons. They put in her chart that she was given breast milk and I have never breast feed my daughter. She stayed sick and and getting fevers every time she went there but would be good when she’s home. I always hear one of the staff yelling at the other kids. My daughter was possibly hurt at this daycare and bullied into fighting another child. They said she fell on the Ground and had a big knot on her forehead. I also was the only parent that couldn’t walk into the building to sign my child in and out . I do not recommend this daycare. They don’t check on kids when kids are very sick. Bc my daughter stayed feeling very badly here I don’t think they clean right. She has been out of this daycare for 2 weeks and her nose still is constantly running and her voice is hoarse. I will be paying more money to put my child in a better day care. Not calling out the rest of their flaws bc I did what I had to do already!!

My 4 year Olds father decided behind my back (split custody, supposed to decide together) this is the place for my sons vpk this year (2022-2023) I've been trying to get in touch with these people for 3 months so I can meet and tour and I haven't heard a thing, I've left messages and everything, I will not send my child somewhere with a staff I can't reach. Especially since it's 30 minutes from my house, if I'm driving that far I wanna be sure it's worth it. I am very disappointed üòû
