The staff is very supportive, friendly, and professional. My son started out in the infant room and is now in the 1 year old room. I was worried about him transitioning over but the staff made sure my baby was good. He learned to walk at daycare in the infant room due to the staff helping him and giving him a walker to use while he was there. As a first time parent I was very worried about leaving my baby with anyone but they made me feel relaxed and worried free! My son also hates sleeping in a crib and has since he was born and they made sure my son had a safe place to nap while he was there. Overall the staff is beyond amazing and so are the owners! I don’t know what I would do without them. They allowed me to return to work without feeling guilty or worried for leaving my baby. ----- Author: Dallas Carroll Rating: 1/5 Date: 6/3/2024, 4:56:05 PM Review: I wouldnt recommend this facility. I've debated a long time about sharing my experience with this childcare facility. My oldest son, (three) was dismissed because he's "too disruptive." Apparently, he was the leader in a mostly boy group. My son was disruptive during nap time. I had shared with both sisters why my son may be having trouble. I'll elaborate - we had to move from Alabama to Florida because I was diagnosed stage 4 breast cancer. My oldest, in less than six months moved from him home, his family, his pets, into temporary housing and then into our permanent residence when he started daycare here. His life was literally turned upside down. I thought I was able to share with the owners here why my son may be considered "disruptive," and he very well might be. He's energetic, he's outgoing and definitely needs stimulation. However, today, the aftermath of this place is still fresh in his mind. He told me today through tears that he is "bad" because Ms. Freddy called him "bad." I've never seen him so upset and overwhelmed. I wouldnt recommend here for a few reasons, despite my own experiences. My youngest (5 months) at the time, when I picked him and his brother up, his face was flushed red, raised and broke out in a rash. They use scented products to clean things and scented wipes. Ratios are rarely followed. The mornings sound like a zoo. Infants are not likely to get sleep since there is hardly any barriers between rooms so it's extremely loud. You are given a 42 hour time frame for your children during care. So, you will be charged more if you do not follow these extremely strict hours. You can hear teachers hollering and yelling from outside before entering inside. Additionally, my husband picked up my children one day and was literally given a child that wasn't ours with no second guess from the employees. They didn't even know that wasn't my husband's child, let alone check. My husband stated, "this is not my child." to which they asked, "who is?" I should have taken this incident as a red flag, but I brought it to their attention and they assured me all is well and they would handle the matter. Looking back on this, I should have never let my sons go here. Don't let their "I'm a pediatric nurse," reassure you. Pauline and Ketsia are seriously ridiculous. They both still have two full time jobs as nurses. This is just to make money without actually caring for children. Employees live there as well and foster children live there too. I can go on and on. My kids were only enrolled for about 3 weeks. No wonder there isn't a wait list for them considering every other place in this area has one. Go somewhere else.

At first, there was some miscommunication between myself and the staff that lead to an unpleasant review by me but after sitting down and communicating exactly what we needed from each other I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to work with me in providing the best care for my daughter at 50 hours a week for a reasonable price! The staff is beyond great with my daughter and she loves being here! The owners are very flexible and will try to help you with your scheduling needs which you won’t find at any other daycare! Overall, our experience with Chery Childcare has felt more like a family experience than just dropping my daughter off at daycare and it’s truly appreciated coming from a single parent who has my daughter 7 days a week with no friends or family to help watch her. Love the staff! Love the owners! Love this place! 10/10 would recommend especially if you have an inconsistent work schedule or need the extra help!
Everyone at the daycare are very understanding, very kind and sweet, respectful and very amazing with my daughter. My daughter loves the daycare. I would recommend 110% and they work with you around your work schedule. I couldn't ask for a better daycare for my daughter especially because of how much they keep their daycare protected with all their safety
They give advanced notice when the daycare will not be open on a specific day open with plenty of rooms for different age groups a great place if you need to go to work for you kiddos homade meals ......

They've been nothing but friendly and welcoming. I only have one child and sending her to daycare made me nervous but I’m so happy with choosing Chery Childcare.
The Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce celebrated the Grand Opening at the Chery Childcare Center. It was a delight to meet the founders, staff and kids! As a parent, I found that entrusting my child into the care of others was a daunting decision. However, I can confidently say that Chery Childcare Center, based on my observations, it provides an environment that fosters not only safety and security but also growth and development in every child. From the moment you step through the doors, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff at Chery Childcare Center are not just caregivers; they are dedicated individuals who truly love what they do. Their passion for nurturing young minds is evident in every interaction, creating a sense of trust and reassurance for both parents and children alike. Furthermore, the facilities at Chery Childcare Center are top-notch. Clean, organized, and filled with stimulating resources, the environment is designed to encourage exploration, creativity, and social interaction. From age-appropriate play areas to educational materials, every aspect is thoughtfully curated to support holistic development. Overall, I cannot recommend Chery Childcare highly enough. It's more than just a childcare facility; it's a second home where children feel loved, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. If you're searching for a place where your child can learn, grow, and thrive, look no further than Chery Childcare Center.
