This day care is the first I’ve seen that has offered families the opportunity to to visit the facility even if you’re not the parent and to participate in fun activities for the children especially on holidays that are coming up. My grandson has improved his behavior and learning experiences since attending Castles of Imagination. I think they do a great job considering that they are serving special needs kids. So glad they serve our community.
It took me two months ONLY to realize this is not where I want my child to attend. I ignored the signs. Giving a chance, and not speaking up. Week after week it was something going on with their toddler class room. First couple weeks the care assistant had hickeys on her neck. Which I ignored. A few weeks following was the inevitable fever communication, the following weeks was HAND, FOOT MOUTH disease. Then water outage and now my son has pink eye or goop coming from his eyes, not to mention they didn’t even call me! They called a relative who called me to inform me. I have two older children who attended daycare at their young age and NEVER have I experienced a continuation of issues every week. Not to mention the amount of times he had wet himself due to lack of changing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

About 7 years ago we became part of the castles of imagination family and I will continue to rave about them to anyone and everyone who will listen. The teachers there have watched my children grow and I am so blessed to have found them. I remember the first time walking in when I toured so many years ago and immediatly feeling the love and compassion and it just feeling like home. If anyone is looking for a daycare for your children or anyone you know I encourage you to go take a tour and meet everyone there. They are all truly angels.
COI was great 20 years ago and it’s still great now! The previous day care my grand daughter attended was a filthy mess, she cried every single day that she didn’t want to go, on her first day at COI she walked in like she had been there for years. The entire staff treats us with dignity and respect. I would gladly recommend COI to anyone looking for a safe, educational space for their children.
My child has improved at Castles of Imagination. They have extra activities for children outside normal daycare hours that set this daycare apart from average child preschools.
Absolutely love COI my little brother went here many of moons ago and now my youngest daughter attends the school. All teachers are wonderful. Mrs. Jessica Mrs Tina and Ms Erica all rock! Highly recommend. I love the hands on experiences my daughter has got to take part in. It’s not just paper and pen here.
My kids have been going to this school since 2022. They love it!! Everyday my son is walking in with a smile and leaving with a smile. They have great communication. Any questions or concerns they reply quickly. This puts my mind at ease when I’m away from my baby ❤️ I highly recommend them!!
