The staff here are amazing. Most of them have been there for many years. Everyone is very nice and take great care of my four kids. They do their best to solve any problems and show they care for all the kids year round.

Seriously sketchy place. Alarm blaring the entire time, people yelling at children, not organized at ALL. They also don't tip their delivery drivers. Seriously avoid.

I went here awhile ago, the food was horrible, there were bullies all the time, and it was just a generally trashy place to spend a summer vacation.

I am a member of the public and just saw a movie at the Picture Show in Altamonte Springs where this group attended the show as a day trip. I sat behind a teacher who was so unbelievably nasty, rude, abrasive and just downright mean to the kids she was in charge of. Her tirade went on for at least 20 minutes before the movie started, aimed at a relatively well behaved group of children. She barked reprimands at them with the slightest, most minute reasons. The most outrageous action was when a little girl told her another student knocked her popcorn before the movie. She told her, "Sorry to hear that. Now go sit down!" The little girl was crying quietly to herself. The woman called her back to her, grabbed her forcefully by her forearms, and angrily told her to stop crying, squeezing and shoving her arms with each forceful word of emphasis. I was so distressed and disturbed watching how this awful woman treated these small children on a field day trip that should have been a fun experience. Beware parents! If this is how your children are treated in a public place, God knows what goes on behind closed doors when there are no witnesses.
