Author: keishaj74 Rating: 1/5 Date: 3/12/2024, 2:00:07 PM Review: My experience was shotty at best from this business. They boast Christianity, yet I saw no Jesus in them. They pick and choose when to abide by their own policy which is ridiculous. If it is not money related, they are VERY LAXED when it comes to policy and do not even attempt to enforce it. But just like any other business, if money is involved, they all of a sudden must absolutely abide by the policy. Again, ridiculous. They do NOT believe in working with parents to find solutions, even when they themselves are the cause of a number of issues. Honestly, the severe lack of communication was appalling. Such a disappointingly awful experience. Absolutely will NOT be sending my child back. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend. Please don't let them fool you just because they claim to be a Christian establishment. Money hungry goblins is all they are.

I arrived on Friday at 9:06 due to accident in the area I lived in Oakleaf. They would not allow them in. I almost lost my job because I had to call out from work. Please be mindful if you’re choosing this place for childcare for your children if you need your job.
Google is giving them 3 stars but I'm not I give them 1 star but carry on. First of all I'd just like to share with everyone what was done to my 1 year old the short time he attended this daycare. First of all I work during the week days and I set time aside to go and tour this facility. I wasn't all that pleased, however I was willing to put my fears aside and go with the flow and let my son attend this daycare. The very first day he was supposed to start the "Director" told me that he wasn't enrolled in the system to attend because he didn't have his shot records and something about him being on the waiting list for a voucher from the free childcare people to pay for his childcare... I had no idea what she was talking about because I had already been there that Thursday before he was supposed to start and filled out all the paperwork and I wasn't on any assistance and didn't need any. After standing there looking lost and being told that I couldn't leave him because he wasn't enrolled at 6:30 in the morning; I had to was turned away with no childcare and had to find someone else to watch my son at such short notice. I then got an email days later telling me that a payment was due for childcare services... (Frighting right) I was like huh? but the lady (Angelia) just told me that he couldn't attend the daycare so I didn't understand. I called to see what was going on and why was I getting emails for payment when we were turned away. One of the ladies apologized (which was fine) saying that the other women wasn't aware of what was going on and to not worry she took care of it. I went ahead and let my son attend. He's 1 years old and isn't use to being around people he don't know. He cried for maybe two weeks (but what baby doesn't cry.) I understand some of the things they were saying about the situation, however when the facility was closed for the storm they were closed for 3 days not including the weekend so that's like 5 days he didn't attend. When he went back on that Tuesday I get a call about an hour of him being there someone telling me that he needed to be picked up. Ok that's fine but then the "Director" again gets on the phone and starts talking crazy saying he cry to much, and they don't have enough staff to attend to him, he's not a good fit for the daycare, he's still on a pacifier and they don't allow that, and he can't come back. SO I was like oh wow... Well I've paid my money for the week, can I get a refund since you say he's not a good fit? Needless to say I wasn't refunded... I asked to speak with the pastor the daycare and he's even dodging me. They set up a "meeting" that no one told me about so guess what, I missed it because I was at work. In my opinion these people are full of "IT". I wouldn't have even imagined being treated this way from "so called church people". But it's cool. One thing it does say in the Bible in Luke 18:16 to "Suffer not the little children and forbid them not: for of such is the Kingdom of GOD". For those who may read this please consider your children and not just the safety but the people whom they make encounter. Not everyone has the best intentions for your children big or small. If they're rejecting my son and taking my money makes them feel good and wealthier then by all means do what you do but remember that you also reap what you sow. Be blessed.
Love the school and daycare I have a 10 and an 3 year old going and will continue to attend and would recommend
I will give it five stars only because of Mrs. Hamilton and Mrs. Angel they go above and beyond to help the students. They keep me inform and are very good at contacting me when it’s needed. My boys are going on 6 years-at builders of the faith. They love there teachers and when they go my kids will be transferring as well. They are the only reasons why my kids have been there so long.
I‚Äôve been a student at this school for years. And this school has been nothing but amazing to me and my siblings and I see how much they care for the kids and making sure they‚Äôre behavior is good and appropriate they care a lot about making sure we love and believe in Jesus. Even the church is amazing. I will definitely recommend you to bring your kids to this wonderful school üíï
Elder Chaney had the pulpit today, powerful.

Ms. Vaughn, the school Admin, is not at all a nice person. It intrigues me how she can suspend a 21 month old from daycare.. Ok fine, 1 week suspension, he goes back to school and is there for 2 hours and is expelled? And with no good explanation. If I were considering putting my child into that day-care, I would rethink that. There hasn't been any issues until the new Administrator took over... You don't treat a daycare like it's a grade school, you need compassion to deal with small children and a willingness to work WITH the child and it's family, not against them at every turn.
My children have been at this school for 3 1/2 years. I even had my friend enroll her 2 kids. Honestly, I’ve never had a an issue until last week when they hired principal. My daughter due to her boredom, behavior and being advanced was placed in the 2nd grade class which technically she should’ve been in 1st due to her age. Ms. Vaughn calls me with an aggressive tone stating she is in the new principal and will be moving my daughter back to first. My daughter grades were excelling in second. I repeatedly asked what was her reason and did she have a solution, she had none. I demanded a meeting which was pointless. I searched for better education. On Friday, I asked for a copy of my daughter’s report card and the principal tells me both of my kids are unenrolled after today. Again with no explanation. She even hung up on me. I’ve contacted the Pastor(no response). All I can say is run if this lady is in charge. Her motto is Students are first…. Please. I have never dealt with such a poor character in my life!!!! All the staff are great especially Mrs. Hamilton, Ms. Church and Ms. Angel. Runnnnn!!!!!! No parent should have to deal with what I have dealt with just for better education for their child. BOF you will always stay with a 1 star running this school like this.
