Was told on a Sunday night that my great niece could not attend the following week without a doctor's note. She had been in my care (Georgia) the prior week due to her caregiver having pneumonia. She was too ill to care for her. Not that I feel you are owed an explanation. Fees were paid even if she didn't attend but a note couldn't be provided so therefore a new daycare had to be sought. Unreliable and nosey.

Would not recommend, rates, rules change even as posited no straight answer given.

Absolutely terrible place to take your kids. They even lock the door of the classroom, just so they get alerted to get their acts together before the parents enter the room. We had our baby there for a few months, and she was crying at times when we drop her off I guess because she wasn't treated ok. Most of the staff is rude and unprofessional. One of the workers even got fired or made to quit (who knows) after she shared our complaint about another with management.
