Very disappointed. I called about a opening for a 1 year old . I guess they think everyone 1 year old should be walking . They won't accept him because he not walking. They need to do research on not all 1 year old is walking .
My daughter just started this school a week and a few days ago and I am so content with our decision to enroll her. Within the last week she has transitioned into pull ups and is using the potty without any issues or accidents. She loves going to school and she comes back home sharing the songs and things she has learned. I highly recommend this school. The staff is amazing: professional, kind, and communicative
Both of my kids went here, and I trust this place fully. The teachers are amazing. My oldest son was able to transition to kindergarten no problem! It was amazing. My youngest was obsessed with his teachers. He had two, which was even more of a bonus! Logan and Lorrie are so helpful. I couldn't have been happier with this daycare.
My daughter has been going to Bright ImaginationS for about a year and a half and she is so excited to go to school every morning.
10 out of 10,I highly recommend...every mom I come across in need of care I send them their way...The peace I have dropping my now VPK student off to them...who have been with them since 7months, allows me to be able to complete my workday with not a worry in the world...not only do I trust this village with the care and safety of my baby but I also know for a fact when my last baby goes into grade school she will be prepared...and I know this from experience...all three of my babies have blossomed through this center...the way their program operates have been a blessing to my family, my children's education and their social preparation...when my two older children (proud graduates of this program) entered into Elementary the teachers and principal all asked where they were taught before and I excitingly tell them Bright Imaginations...from the administration staff, teacher assistants, teachers and even directors have brought joy and peace to my family...It's bittersweet that this is our last year at this campus but you all will forever be our village...I'm looking forward to graduation because I know it will be amazing for my baby just as it was for her siblings...
My 3yr old was enrolled here on Aug 13th, 2023, after being at another daycare for 3 years. My son was having trouble adjusting to their schedule and sharing due to him not knowing anyone. The transition was hard for him, instead of the teachers and director collaborating with him and finding the way to understand him they would fill out a behavior form and or ask me to pick him up after only 2hrs of being dropped off. Per the teachers and director, he is having a difficult day, and they won’t deal with him. I was asked to have a conference after my son only being there 3 weeks, due to him not being able to transition and having tantrums. The director wanted to tell me to have my child screened as if he has any problems. They’re after the first incident I felt as my child was discriminated and labeled. Every time something went on the office would have me call the director and for her to tell me that I should find a smaller place for my child, with a smaller classroom. Like what was the director trying to insinuate? The last incident was on Oct 12th, 2023, they had me pick him up and again call the director all he did had a tantrum. Supposedly he was screaming, and they could hear him all the way to the office. When I went to his classroom to get him, I didn’t see him... he was lying down asleep, the teacher had to wake him up. I don’t know how he did the screaming and falling asleep in 10 minutes. I was asked to take my child and not to come back until I speak with the director. I spoke with her and again she went on mentioning that I should be looking for a smaller place for him and that he needs more attention .... again, what was she insinuating. The Director, Ms. Alicia, also said that they can’t tell the kids what to do, I am confused about what are the employees there for then. For the money they charge they should be trying to work with every single child. At this time, my child was kicked out of the daycare, and she even offered to pay and look for another daycare for my child! I felt hurt because she labeled my child and my 3yr old didn't stand a chance after the first incident. He is only 3yrs old I don’t know what they expect from him! I never give reviews for anything not good or bad, but for my child I must speak up!
My daughter just started daycare and they are so nice and understanding with her. They walked me through the whole daycare and program. I couldn't have chosen a better place for her. One happy Mama
My son Carson started here in July and has done fantastic! He's never been away from me and has adjusted wonderfully thanks to everyone who works here. You instantly feel like you're at home when you walk inside. Staff are very attentive to your child's needs, great at communicating and go above and beyond to help your child progress. 5/5 recommend.
